Step 8 SalesOur mission is to partner with you to sell your product to the right buyer. Your listed product can be sold either by Feed Central or by you, the grower.

Step 9 ContractsFeed Central are experts in negotiating and recording contracts accurately and fairly. If something does happen to go wrong we are here to help.

Step 10 LogisticsWhen Feed Central manages your contract we take care of the logistics for you using certified transport contractors. Under special circumstances, sellers can use their own trucks. Please feel free to talk to us about this.

Step 11 Guaranteed PaymentFeed Central is a well managed and professional company. We run a tight ship! We have comprehensive debtor insurance systems. These systems allow us to ensure the payment and guarantee you the money.

Step 12 Feedback & Follow-upFeed Central contacts buyers to determine customer satisfaction and passes feedback to you, the grower. In the unlikely event of any contract or quality disputes, Feed Central will be there to assist, making it a hassle-free process for you.

To help facilitate direct trade we put your contact details online. When you are contacted by a buyer you are encouraged to negotiate the deal or you can seek our assistance.

Monthly Advertising This Monthly Subscription fee is for advertising and promotion of your listed product. It is your responsibility to keep your listing up-to-date via our website, phone call or email. We charge $50.00 per month per lot for this subscription; however when you complete your monthly listing review you receive the discounted price.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Contract Security Feed Central negotiates and prepares simple, yet professional, industry standard contracts.

Contract Registration When you sell direct, either by your personal network or via our website (www.feedcentral.com.au), you are required to register the contract with us, allowing us to undertake final negotiations, prepare a simple industry standard contract and insure the payment.

Dispute Management We assist in the negotiations and management of disputes for any contracts we are involved in.

At Time of Sale / Delivery Feed Central works with you to complete all contracts, organise freight, manage any issues, manage debt and insure the payment.

We encourage direct trade, therefore when you register a contract with us we complete all contracts, work with you to organise freight, manage any issues and insure the payment on all product listed.

All information gathered from the In-Lab Inspection and NIR Feed Test will be generated into a certified Quality Certificate. This is the fastest way to get your product online and ready for sale.

On-Farm Inspection Our trained inspectors visit your farm to visually inspect the listed product. During this inspection they assess the storage, take a representative sample and then submit it to our labs for NIR Feed Testing. All information gathered will be generated into a certified Quality Certificate. This is the premium service giving the buyers great confidence in the quality description of your product.
