What are the Strengths of the

Pitch?I think the strengths of my pitch are the genre of the magazine. I enjoy chart

magazines so I feel li have a better idea of what to include in it. I like my colour

scheme of maroon, as it is a gender neutral colour and it is bold. My pitch also

related back to my research, so I knew that what I chose would appeal to the

audience.

What are the Weaknesses of the Pitch?The weakness’ of my pitch in my opinion would be I wasn’t sure when my

magazine should be released: every two weeks or every week. I also struggled a

lot with the name, as I could find a name that represented the genre and that I

liked, or wasn’t similar to something else on the market. When I presented my

pitch, they still wasn’t a clear answer on the name, so it wasn't that helpful in that

perspective.

I should of explored more magazines that were already on the market. To

compare and make mine different.

What are the Strengths of the Planning?Strengths of the planning were that it gave me lots of ideas of what I want my

magazine to be like. I got a chance to explore lots of different colours, and to

then choose my scheme. The planning made me realise which ideas I wanted to

include and didn’t. I made my work relevant to the target audience. By then

presenting my pitch it helped me know what part of my planning was irrelevant.

What are the Weaknesses of the Planning?There were lots of different options, e.g. fonts and colours, so it was very difficult

to choose what I wanted to choose. Even though I planned and wrote down a

variety of possible names for the magazine the planning stage didn’t help me

choose a name.

What are the Strengths of the blog/design

of blog? The strengths are you can easily see which work is which, as it is

separated my dates and titles. The blog was fairly easy to upload to

also.

What are the strengths of the magazine

design?Strengths of the magazine design are it helps me decide what the layout of my

magazine is going to be like. Also it shows me if my colour scheme works, and

what text I should do in each colour
