Amazing Work Blog - Thank you to Y4 for their amazing work. The children have been creating their own money containers over the last couple of weeks. They began the process by investigating existing products by bringing their own examples of wallets and purses in from home. Following this, they practised different types of stitching including running stitch, back stitch and over sewing stitch. They made a plan for their product before making it. Finally, they evaluated their product and considered ways they could improve it. Their amazing work can be viewed at: http://amazingworknps.blogspot.com/ or you can scan the QR code. Decorate an Easter Egg - The School Council has decided that this year’s theme is ‘At the Movies’. Children should bring their eggs in on March 24th for the Student Council to judge. Additionally, they have requested that children bring in a hard boiled egg on this day to decorate in the theme of ‘Animals’. Extra materials for decoration can be brought in from home if you wish. Cake Stall - Year 2 had an extremely successful cake stall to raise money for their chosen charity SOS Children's Villages. We received hundreds of cakes donated from parents and carers and we raised over £238! Thank you to everybody who contributed by sending in cakes or buying cakes. We really appreci- ate it!
