An integral part of any product delivered by Navigation Systems Division is the service, training and on-site consultations provided by our Field Engineering department. At any given time, there are approximately 45 field engineers serving a variety of domestic and foreign customers. Our highly trained field-engineering workforce is routinely involved in every phase of program development. Participation begins in design, then continues through test and integration to after-market support. This depth of involvement ensures an unsurpassed level of customer support. Over 50% of the Field Engineering and Services workforce have degrees in engineering. Through the combination of an efficient headquarters support organization, a rapid deployment force and the Customer Support Center, this highly skilled workforce is available to provide full technical support to our customers worldwide. The Field Engineering organization is experienced in dealing with all levels of inertial navigation systems, test equipment, tactical air operations modules, ruggedized computer systems, display systems and integrated avionics systems.
