Vacation Eligibility

( Function Module HR_SE_VACATION_ELIGIBILITY )

Ability of accruing vacation quota can be set by feature 23VAE and Contract type change – it has impact on

generating quotas and vacation utilization calculation.

Eligibility switching functionality was extended. Now it can be set by change of any field in feature 23VAE which

causes WPBP split ( change of Infotype 0000, 0001, 0007, 0008, 0016 , 0027 )

Same functionality in private and public sector. Functionality is developed in SAP_HRCSE, but it is compatible also

with EA_HRCSE ( Public sector )

This FM is used by the other function modules to determine the eligibility for accruing quotas in time evaluation and

average capacity level in payroll. It returns the list of eligible and non-eligible periods.

If the functionality is not set, then every period is considered as eligible.

EC Employer leaving certificate

- Sweden Private sector (report RPLTCES0)

- Sweden Public sector (report RPLTCES0_CE)

New layout of PDF form HR_SE_TCER_SE was created

(this layout is in corresponding with standard form given by the Unions in order to be scanned)

All fields on the PDF form are opened for manual changes made by users

New document needs to be created in case of JUPER change – Start and End dates are based on JUPER

Basic pay displayed on the report is the last amount of BP in reported period

Name of position in PDF section 2 is checked and filled up via OM/PA integration and user-exit for customers was added

Report was corrected for Public sector – changes relevant for processing of Gross payment WTs

ALECTA / Collectum

( Report RPLSPPS2 )

Finishing of „as paid“ WT /118 and SEIF

operation.

In payroll WT /118 represents the value which should be

reported to Collectum. The logic of handling the reported

amounts was moved from the report to the Payroll.

Migration: „CO“ event used during initialization of

migrated data.

In case that conversion record exist in t5spp, do not report

any ‘IN‘ event or ‚LO‘ event with 0 monthly salary

before begda of this 'CO' event .

Pay date next month. Internal processing of monthly payments for pay date next month was changed in case of WPBP

splits.

Annual Tax Statement

- Sweden Private sector (report RPCKU1S0)

- Sweden Public sector (report RPCKU1S0_CE)

Using of Specification number was changed

Correction of KU reporting – JUPER change

Mass printing - for cases when PDF output of Sweden Annual Tax statement has a large number of Employees

new process of printing was made to avoid some problems with performance

XML schema: new development is going to be made in the year 2015

Complete solution for Public sector was enhanced – mainly PDF form technology and KU20 form added

SPV

( Report SPV RPCSPMS0_CE and RPLSPMS0_CE )

Fee calculations

Fee calculation is based on real income or basic pay (as paid for /132, fees depends on reported absence). The decision

logic was updated. The logic of fee calculation was moved from the report to the payroll. Calculation rules are used to

determine the amount which is then used by the report.

XML schema: Structure and nesting of the xml structure was changed.

Retroactive records: Start and finish dates handling based on comparison between old and new layer was changed.

The old periods are only deleted in case they are not replaced by new period. Warning added in case of deletion already

reported periods.

PS: Hourly quotas: It is required by colective agreement that vacation can be taken also in hours.

Q42 reduce the Q40: When Q40 is created, it is reduced by Q30 and Q42.

LC : SCB salary structure statistics: Benefits are reported separately in new variable 14. Vacation entitlement should

be reported in new variable 16 (control code 600).

LC: Economic Cycle Statistics : Change of codes for collective agreements, Absence in percentage calculation

adjusted. Vacation entitlement extended to consider Quomo. Report absence full day/part day condition changed.
