Supreme Court Appellate Division
(intermediate level appeals court),
you first get a list of the top to most
recently decided cases for that court.
Type in your
crime, for
example,
robbery.
Select “Most Detail” for
viewing of your search
terms.Once you have
decided which 2
cases you want,
click on the
hypertext link to
each case.
You should be able
to find hypertext
links to the key
statute the case is
based on.
You can
access the
statute with
hypertext
links to the
statute right
in the case.
