Page 4

Students were not so much interested in poll fulfilling so it was very difficult to do moreand better analysis. There were some questions about Tempus and project, but nothingspecial. It was problem because of descriptive answers, and time needed to fulfill the polland also to do analysis. There were 1070 students of university of Belgrade that participated in this survey from9 different faculties.

CONCLUSION

My name is Andrea and I am student of economy faculty, final year of curs Account andfinance. Like President of AIESEC Kragujevac I have opportunity to meet different kindof students .But like students we have few common things. We like parties, we do notlike to study, we never have money and we do not believe in internships. Why we do not believe ? Because we do not have or we have but is not internship thatwe can learn from it something. Last summer I met students who were on internship inKragujevac and their job was to make coffee or to deliver mail. After 2 weeks of doingthat students just left from that internship. Because of that students do not believe ininternship. They rather like to be in some café to drink coffee not to bring it.When I was working on this Tempus questionnaire I saw that students still want to haveinternship. They know that internship can change their lives, they know from thatinternship they will learn some real things not just to read about them, they want to go oninternship abroad they not scared…So my conclusion is that they know that internship means work on some things that youlearned about, place where you can implement your theoretical knowledge, place wherecan be your future job. Many of students just dream about internship because they didn’t have chance to be oninternship. But some students who were think that internship teach them what means reallife, change their lives, and have impact on their professional life .Especial if internship ison abroad, that impact will be more powerful. We know what we want. We just need tool to implement our wishes. We need professorswho tech from experience not from books. We need university who can influence oncorporate sector to give us chance to implement our knowledge. We need corporatesector to teach us how thinks work in real life and to give us chance to show what welearn from them and how we can improve their company. And we need from governmentto support us and to give us chance to tell our side of story.
