• From client go to Help menu > About.• In About you will find software versions number.• Note older systems my look different.

Finding AMAG Hardware Version

• From client go to Tools menu > Node Status

• Click on Find button >

• Highlight one or all of the nodes you want to check.

• Click on Open >

• Each node will show Node Name, Current Version of each Door Controller connected, and Current Status.

HSE Compliant Versions

• Minimum Software Version is 5.0.1 HSE– Current version is 6.1

• Controller hardware required is M2000 or M2100 series controllers.– DBU Version = 3.0– 4DC Version = 3.3– 2DC Version = 2.1

• AMAG readers which read PIV II cards are 843 and 853 with latest flash V1P17.mot

Migration

• Software can be updated to latest version.– Software required to be under software

support agreement.• M2000 and M2100 series controllers are

field flashable to current version.• 843 and 853 readers are field flashable to

current version.

running current version.• 843 or 853 series readers running version

V1P19.mot• Our 844 reader is GSA APL approved and

can also be used on new installations or as replacement readers.

Required information for quoting software upgrade

• On the back of the server is a dongle, similar to a USB thumb drive.

• On the dongle you will find a system serial number, this number is required for dealers to quote support agreements.

• Note, dongle on older systems my be connected to COMM port.
