Our favourite room is hard to choose as there is a space for each season of the year. In summer there is the Garden room and balcony which open the house to the surrounding woodland. In winter we all gather in the Lounge around the wood burning stove.



We love Christmas at the house as it is superb for entertaining. It is a great house for socialising. Many friends and family love to come and stay, everyone seems astounded by the house and its individuality.


We are really going to miss everything about the property. It has exceeded all our expectations that we had and we are sure the next owners will enjoy it just as much as we

have done. It is such a wonderful place to be.

Woodroyd Lodge has been individually designed sympathetically to the woodland setting using traditional materials including Larch timber cladding and a silicon render. The European design with overhanging eaves creates an Alpine Lodge Effect whilst the energy efficient, highly insulated timber frame has an air tight membrane and highly insulated attic truss roof.
