The LFII sprinklers offered by Tyco Fire Products for studentand residential housing applications have been designed withthe lowest flow and pressure requirements in the industry.These products have been tested and are listed for use withbeam obstructed and sloped ceilings. These unique featuresavoid the need for additional sprinklers, providing theoptimum fire protection without unnecessary added cost.

LFII sprinklers are used in wetpipe residential sprinkler systemsfor one- and two-story dwellings(per NFPA® 13D), for residentialoccupancies up to and includingfour stories (per NFPA 13R) andcommercial buildings greaterthan four stories (per NFPA 13).

Tyco Fire Products manufactures post-Chlorinated, PolyVinylChloride (CPVC) pipe and fittings using Noveon’sBLAZEMASTER® compounds. These products have beenspecially formulated, tested, and laboratory listed to meet thedemands for use in fire sprinkler systems. They make theretrofitting of existing buildings fast and efficient due to their easeof installation, and have become an industry standard for bothnew and retrofit residential structures. TFP also furnishes solventand cement products for joining the pipe and fittings, as well ashangers and other installation tools.

Hangers for BLAZEMASTER CPVC ProductsTFP offers a full-line of pipe hangers designed especially for usewith CPVC Products. They meet the requirements of NFPA® 13and have been manufactured to meet the quality standards thatthe industry demands.

TFP’s Revolutionary No Block Hangeris a simple two-hole strap that eliminates "blocking" to the beamwhen hanging CPVC. The No Block Hanger positions the face ofthe CPVC pipe 1-1/2" off the face of the joist or stud.

Residential Domestic Shutoff Valve

• 1" size is designed for most single family homes (NFPA 13D)

• 2" size is designed for multi-family demand (NFPA 13R)

• During the design of a residential sprinkler system, domestic water useshould be taken into consideration unless the domestic supply can bestopped when a sprinkler operates

• When a sprinkler operates, water supply is automatically diverted from thedomestic system to the sprinkler system

• Eliminates the need for pumps, pressurized storage tanks, or electricallyoperated shutoff valves

• Valve automatically resets after the fire protection system is returned tonormal service

Riser Manifold
