Five Points Trading is an international company dedicated to the

manufacture, design and export of Latin American ethnic foods. All our

products are under strict planting standards with the use of soil improvers

and organic fertilizers to offer the best quality to the commercial chains

operating in the different geographical areas of Latin markets in the

United States, using the highest standards of quality and safety.

We specialize in the development, industrial processes and export of

traditional Salvadoran food that is distinguished by its originality,

authentic taste, variety and excellent quality. One of our main goals is to

preserve the style and flavor of "home-made" foods, so we strive to

produce nutritious and quality foods using unique inputs and procedures.

We manufacture, label and pack our products requested by our

wholesale distributors, including in the packaging the nutritional tables

and printed requirements required by each product according to

international food labeling and packaging regulations or to specific

market requirements.

As an export food processing company, Five Points Trading Corp is duly

registered with the US FDA. (Food and Drug Administration), and is also

accredited by national and international agencies in quality systems and

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and

Critical Control Points, for its acronym in English), which guarantee the

quality and safety of the products, and therefore the satisfaction and

loyalty of our consumers.

Our Focus

That our products will recognized as out of toxic waste due to the pesticides

and fertilizers used. Since our products are fertilized with organic soil

improvers that decontaminate crops.

Our production plant is designed, built and equipped especially for the development of

frozen products, allowing the necessary optimization and permanent development of our

processes and products.

After cooking processes to produce products or procedures for sorting, washing and

sanitizing fresh vegetables, the food passes to suitable facilities to precool and freeze

quickly.

The frozen items represent more than 95% of our production and are elaborated

respecting principles and norms that guarantee the correct handling of the cold food

preservation mechanism.

Production Line

We operate a linear production under rigorous standards of quality and safety in all

our manufacturing processes, avoiding cross contamination and guaranteeing

healthy and excellent quality food products.

Production

In Five Points Trading the chain of cold in the products is a fundamental

element so it never breaks in the handling of frozen products; in addition, we

work hard to keep it until the product reaches the final consumer.

Our frozen products warehouses are integrated as part of the cold chain and

receive products directly from the packaging process, ready to be dispatched

to the containers parked in the heated loading station with precise and

controlled temperatures guaranteeing the frozen transport process and the

quality of the products.

Qualified Human

ResourcesWe have highly experienced and trained technical and

operational staff. Among other measures that guarantee the

safe handling of food, the Ministry of Health and Social

Assistance trains our human resource in the Hygienic Handling

of Food, based on international standards of Good

Manufacturing Practices.

IQF Jocote Indio o Verano(Spondias purpurea)

Fruit generally of small size (hardly 2 or 3 centimeters of diameter), that presents / displays a

rounded and sometimes elongated form of a strong crimson red color. Its taste tends to be

sweet-sour. It is a fruit low in fats and proteins, and stands out for its high content in water,

IQF Jocote de Corona(Spondias purpurea)

The fruit is an ellipsoidal (ovoid) drupa 3 to 5 cm long, smooth and bright purple, red wine or

yellow, with firm epicarp. The fleshy mesocarp and yellow 5 to 7 mm thick, is sweet, acidic,

very pleasant taste. The endocarp occupies most of the fruit and is a hard body like wood

made up of fibers between which are the remains of badly shaped seeds in the form of

scales.

IQF Nance o Nanche(Byrsonima crassifolia)

Yellow pulpy fruit in its maturation, with strong aroma, slightly smaller than an olive, and with

hard and round bone.

IQF Marañón or Cajú(Anacardium occidentale)

The fruit consists of two parts: the pseudofruit and the walnut. The pseudofruit, called cashew

apple, is the result of the development of the peduncle in a fleshy structure characteristic of

this plant that develops and matures later to the walnut. It is noteworthy that the pseudofruit,

whose crust is magenta or reddish at maturity and its pulp is orange yellow, has an extremely

sour and astringent taste, and is also very juicy.

Loroco (Fernaldia pandurata) is an herbaceous vine with delicious edible flowers growing in El

Salvador. It is an important and popular source of food. It is used in salads, rice dishes, stews,

sauces and is added to the fillings in "Pupusas" and other corn-based foods. It has a unique flavor,

exotic and aromatic. It also contains vitamins A, B and C, in addition to calcium and iron, and is rich

in fiber. Loroco is considered an excellent benefit to gourmet cuisine.
