With the support of your Dealer’s FleetForce expert, you will achieve even greater efficiency, lower operating costs and higher profits.

The FleetForce hardware and three-year subscription available on New Holland Construction products integrates seamlessly with the machine through its CAN bus data (advanced subscription) system to enable you to:

MaxiMise your Fleet’s produCtivityFleetForce provides you with key performance and usage information on your machine. You will be able to identify under- or over-used machines, compare machines’ performance or trends in fuel use over time, and evaluate machine notifications to optimise the utilisation of your equipment. You will receive scheduled maintenance alerts, machine health reporting and programmable security alerts to keep your fleet in top condition.

plaN eFFeCtivelyFleetForce puts you in full control of your fleet by helping you to identify machine performance trends, efficiency and training requirements. Pre-programmed to monitor 12 parameters, some of which can be customised, you can set it up to give you an analysis as simple or as comprehensive as you need it to be.

eNjoy extra produCtivity boost FroM your dealerYour Dealer’s FleetForce expert can help you boost your fleet’s productivity, by analysing your machines’ information such as idle-time data and advising on the actions you can take to improve. Fleet MaNageMeNt WitHout equalFleetForce puts you in control of your fleet, providing you information in real time so that you can make informed decisions and take immediate action to maximise your fleet’s performance.

You can monitor up to 12 parameters and customise some of them to match your fleet management needs; You can set up alerts on what you consider most important, for example machine location with geo-fencing, operation alerts and upcoming scheduled maintenance to keep your fleet safe and in top condition; You can choose from several modem power management settings: - Machine On: modem is active providing full access to machine data and reporting - Stand by (Machine Off): modem is active for location reporting and machine can be “pinged” for update - Sleep (Machine Off): motion detection for security, daily location reporting and minimal energy drain on machine’s battery - Hibernate (Machine Off): modem is powered down; no energy drain on machine’s battery. ForceFleet can detect movement even when your machine is turned off, as the motion sensor is built into the modem, so that your fleet’s safety is monitored at all times; FleetForce provides unmatched access to your machine’s information through its integration with its CAN-bus system, so that you can track an extensive list of characteristics; Flexible reporting allows you to set your hot-buttons so that you can customise the information you receive; The Advanced Programming Interface allows you to automate a data feed directly into your own business forms, making your job easier and quicker.

FleetForce relies on three key elements to keep you in contact with your fleet:

CoNtrol ModuleThis on-board hardware communications modem device collects your machine’s location, productivity, fuel efficiency, maintenance and operating health information, and sends it to your Web Portal. You will receive information every 10 minutes with the advanced subscription or every 2 hours with the basic package.

subsCriptioN paCkageTwo subscription packages are available, depending on the level of detail in the information is required:

the basic subscription uses the essential inputs of key-on, motion detection and GPS tracking to provide a range of information and reports. it is available on the Compact line: bACkHOe lOADerS / COMPACT TrACTOr lOADerS / SkID STeer lOADerS / MIDI exCAvATOrS

This information will enable you to address factors affecting each machine’s productivity, such as inefficient habits, as they arise. As a result, you will be able to make immediate improvements on your costs, fuel usage, maintenance or performance.

siMpliFy MaiNteNaNCeFleetForce enables you to schedule automatic maintenance alerts, making it easy to keep your machines serviced on an accurate, consistent basis. With FleetForce, you don’t have to deal with the labour intensive manual data collection, freeing up time that can be used more productively. optiMise eFFiCieNCyFleetForce enables you to map the location of every unit in the fleet and monitor when it is working, idle or travelling between jobsites. by identifying under- or over-used machines, you can optimise the utilisation of the equipment through effective job assignment and preventing machines being left idling when not working.

boost seCurityFleetForce provides regular updates on the location of each machine and you can geo-fence the units so that you receive an e-mail alert if one is taken out of a predetermined area within a jobsite or geographical area. You can also prevent unauthorised use of the machines by setting up a working curfew and motion detection service, which will send you an alert if a unit is moved out of hours.

WHat is teleMatiCs? Telematics is the integrated use of telecommunications and informatics. The hardware module collects data from the machine’s systems and transmits the information over the air so it can be reviewed remotely.

does FleetForCe provide Coverage tHrougHout europe? Yes. The data collected from the machine and GPS satellites by the FleetForce system is transmitted through the mobile networks to the New Holland Construction Web Portal. If you or the machine are out of range of a mobile network, the information is stored and forwarded later when a network becomes available.

CaN FleetForCe be retroFitted to existiNg or older NeW HollaNd MaCHiNes? aNd CoMpetitive MaCHiNes? Yes to both: you can purchase a FleetForce kit for your current models at your dealer and, for older or competitive machines universal install kits are available.

CaN i equip My Fleet oF serviCe veHiCles WitH FleetForCe? Yes. The universal dealer install kit will work on vehicles such as service trucks.

CaN FleetForCe MoNitor aN attaCHMeNt suCH as a HaMMer oN tHe MaCHiNe? Yes, the FleetForce modem has one input/output port that allows for additional monitoring. For example, it can tell you when grease from a hammer auto-lube needs refilling.

CaN My dealer see My MaCHiNe oN tHe FleetForCe portal? Yes. Your dealer has can access the data. This will enable them to plan more effectively your machine’s servicing and act promptly when necessary.

HoW CaN i aCCess tHe FleetForCe portal? You can access the portal through any computer with an Internet connection or from an iPad. The dealer you purchase FleetForce from is responsible for giving you initial access to the portal, activating and providing log-on credentials for you.
