Fletcher European was founded in 1994 to manufacture a range of moulded plastic containers for the food industry. Today, our products are used widely in food processing, laundries, hospitals, hotels, engineering and the textile trade as well as general manufacturing and warehousing.

We produce our range to the highest standards and our ever-improving quality procedures ensure customers only receive outstanding products from Fletcher European. WHaT DO WE DO?

manufacturers of material Handling products Using the rotational moulding process we manufacture a wide range of storage and handling containers. Ranging from 1 to 1000 litre capacity, each product has been designed to fulfil our customers’ specific needs. Where specialised or bespoke solutions are required we are always keen to work closely with our clients to facilitate the development of new products.

Technical ExpertsWith over 40 years combined experience we are able to examine our clients’ needs from an outside perspective, ‘thinking outside the box’ and asking the right questions to create solutions which may not otherwise be considered. We can source or custom manufacture products to meet demanding requirements and most importantly, meet our customers’ needs. Our sales team will conduct site visits, where required, to assess and understand an application before suggesting the most appropriate product.

Distributors for major European GroupsWe work closely with a number of multinational manufacturers to supplement our own range and ensure we can offer our clients a comprehensive product offering. We work with many of these companies on a reciprocal basis, which allows us to offer the high attention level of a small manufacturer combined with the resources of some of the world’s largest plastics groups.

StockistsWe carry hundreds of stock lines, both of our own products and those manufactured by our partners, in order to respond quickly to the requirements of a demanding market. Many stock items are available on a next business day delivery to UK mainland on orders received before 12pm and we are also able to schedule production and stocks to ensure we are able to meet challenging deadlines.

We have a longstanding trading partnership with Linpac Allibert, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of plastic handling equipment and are an official “Partner Stockist” of their products. As well as being able to offer the most competitive pricing on Linpac’s range of products, we are also able to offer quick delivery times and no minimum order quantity on the majority of products.

Contract Rotational Moulders.Fletcher European has long history of providing contract moulding services for a variety of products used across many industry sectors.Our manufacturing facilities allow us to produce a diverse range of moulded parts, from bespoke consumer products to bulk produced parts for blue chip clients. Our plant in Northamptonshire is equipped with hot air shuttle rotational moulding machines capable of producing products from as small as 0.5 litres up to 1000 litres capacity. The services we offer start from initial tool design right through to a finished product being delivered to you or your customer.

metal Detectable productsThe Detectable Hygiene Range has been specifically developed for the food processing industry and adds a new dimension to the claims of using "all due diligence". The products in this range are all produced from a specially formulated material based on high impact food contact approved polypropylene. This material has the ability to be detected and rejected by typical metal detection machines used in the food processing industry.

To bring this range into line with typical colour coding systems, our metal detectable range is available in red, blue, green, yellow and now also in white. This new white range proves the full and complete dispersion of detectable elements throughout the product. There are no clumps or clusters at the corners or edges and no clumps or clusters that induce weakness and unreliable results and failures.
