The ABS combines robust, stainless steel bag sealers with food grade bag presenters, hoppers, spouts and conveyors to produce hermetically sealed packages weighing up to 10 lbs (4.54 kg) and up to 12” (30.48 cm) wide and 16” (40.64 cm) tall.

INSTABAG creates sealed bags from printed and non-printed film stock. Instabag creates hermetic side seals and cross seals to form a bag around products of nearly any length. The Instabag system can also create a linear group of individually sealed products.

EMPLEX CONTINUOUS BAND SEALERS are ideal solutions when speed, seal integrity and versatility are paramount. We offer horizontal and vertical sealing systems in stand alone and inline configurations for a wide range of specialty and high speed applications. Our band sealing systems provide outstanding performance for products of nearly any weight, size, and type, including stand-up, gusseted, pillow, wicketed, and zippered bags.

EMPLEX VACUUM SEALING SYSTEMS create high quality, vacuumed, gas flushed bags. Vacuum-sealed bags extend shelf life, protect against spoilage and reduce volume for more compact packages. Emplex Vacuum Sealers are available in impulse and continuous band systems in standard or custom designs. Nitrogen gas flush systems can be added for modified atmosphere packaging to improve protection,

freshness, and oxidation resistance.

Plexpack’s VacPack impulse vacuum sealers set the standard for food, protein, electronics and medical packagers that require a heavy duty, washdown vacuum and gas flush sealer at a moderate investment.

Plexpack’s VacPack Series are robust, stainless steel food grade sealers that create vac-uum and gas flushed sealed bags for a wide range of pack-age sizes, including extra wide and heavy products.

The VacPack Series includes the VP2400, VP3000, and VP3600 floor stand mod-els Tabletop models—VP2440, VP3040 and VP3640 are also available. All models

include the same washdown, vacuum, and gas flush capa-bilities.

VacPack comes standard with a 5.7 inch color touch- screen controller that simpli- fies operation and package customization. The modu-lar design and extra wide seal section provides allows

convenient access to the seal section for easy cleaning and maintenance.

DAMARK INSTAWRAP FULL ENCLOSURE SYSTEM combines the outstanding film control of a side sealer and the product handling and efficiency of a sleeve wrapper to deliver neat, clean seals for strong, attractive packages in less floor space than most full enclosure systems. Damark full enclosure systems reliably handle products up to 300 lbs to create strong attractive packaging with a good return on investment for difficult to wrap products. DAMARK SHRINK TUNNELS are sold separately or paired with any Damark shrink wrapping and bundling system. Damark shrink tunnels are also frequently used for tamper evident banding solutions and in other manufacturing applications requiring consistent heat application as products move through a line.

SHRINK WRAP AND BUNDLING SOLUTIONS

DAMARK SHRINK WRAP AND BUNDLING SOLUTIONS provide precise wrapping, seal formation and heat application for consistent strong, visually appealing packages. Damark solutions provide superior performance in a wide range of applications, including single products, bottles and jars, multipacks, boxes, trays, supported items, unstable, unsupported items, unusual shapes, sizes or difficult to wrap products. All Damark systems offer ergonomic product loading, quick film changeover and intuitive adjustments.

DAMARK L-BAR SEALERS create affordable polybags around products by simultaneously forming a side seal and end seal on continuous fed, center-folded film. Combined with a shrink tunnel, L-Bar Sealers provide tightly wrapped packages and bundles for a variety of large and small products. All Damark L-Bar sealers provide precise adjustments for conveyor speed, dwell time, and seal temperature.

DAMARK COMBO SYSTEMS maximize floor space, efficiency and value by providing a complete shrink wrapping solution. Damark offers compact all-in-one chamber shrinkwrap solutions and large single-frame and two-frame integrated L-Bar sealer and tunnel systems. Damark combo systems are
