    COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP IN FLORENCE, SATURDAY, MARCH 17, 2012

    The Town of Florence is hosting its annual Community Clean-up Day

    on Saturday, March 17th at Heritage Park, located at 600 North MainStreet. Free drop off will be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 1:00

    p.m. on Saturday only.

    To be able to drop off items you must be a Florence resident and live

    within the boundaries of Florence. Please bring a drivers license,

    utility bill or other documentation that can verify your home address

    in Florence. (Residency not required to drop-off computers, medical

    and electronics equipment with Westech Recyclers.)

    The Town is partnering with several different vendors to make this an

    extra successful event. Partners are: Westech Recyclers, R&B

    Demolition Services of Florence, Pinal County Attorneys Office and

    Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.

    Westech accepts computer, telecom, printing, audio/visual, medial

    and other electronic equipment. R&B Demolition accepts used tires,

    cars and metals. The Pinal County attorneys Office will accept old or

    unwanted prescription drugs.
