NHMFL is to supply all threaded inserts (P/N: HOU-5-05A,HOU-5-05B,HOU-5-05C,HOU-5-05D) required for the completion of parts HOU-5-01, 4231-2003, HOU-5-03. and 4229-2001. Drawing HOU-5-05 is attached for reference only. Pressure Test: 1. NHMFL will supply the Inconel Bolts (P/N HOU-15-11B) required to bolt Item 4231-2003 to HOU-5-01 during the pressure test. Drawing HOU-5-11 is attached for reference only. 2. NHMFL will supply Victaulic clamps for attachment of blind flanges during the pressure test. The vendor is responsible for procurement or manufacture of the blind flanges. For more information on Victaulic clamps see http://www.victaulic.com/content/PipingSystemSolutions.htm 3. The vendor is responsible for any other fasteners, O-Rings or appliances required for the pressure test. 4. NHMFL will witness pressure testing.
