Subsequent to the issuance of the revised Model ConcessionAgreement of BOT(Toll)Project vide this Ministry's a.M. of even number dated 24.8.2020, a modified Combined SingleStageRFPdocument for BOT(Toll) Project is forwarded herewith. This RFPdocument shall beusedfor all National Highwaysand centrally sponsoredroad works proposed to be implementedon BOT (Toll) Mode of Contract for which the bids will be invited in future.

2. Contents of this circular may be brought to the notice of all the concerned for immediatecompliance.
