Starting with12” square paper,colored side down,

 precrease in thirds.

Halve the outer thirds by creasingedge to one-thirdcreases.

Crease diagonalvalley folds on cor-

ners. Do not crease through base.

Reverse and creasediagonal valley

 fold in upper rightof center third asshown.

Reverse again andsqueeze cornerdiagonals to bring
