FOOD AROUND THE WORLD This paper talks about food around the world, especially in Spain. The writer explains the most important dishes in the foot Spanish, also which the best dishes are in the Spanish food and some suggestions about where you can eat this wonderful food. Finally the writer will do comparison between Spanish food and Colombian food. This paper is concerned of the most wonderful, exciting and delicious food in Spain. Let’s start with the potato omelet, this is the most important food in Spain because they make this dish all over country. The potato omelet has only two ingredients: potato and eggs but the magic is the other different added ingredients, in special in two excellent places in "la casa de la tortilla" in Guadalajara and "La panela" in La coruña. In the second place you can find "Migas de Teruel" this is a typical plate find in "Teruel", the ingredients are bit pieces of fried bread with some types of sausages and excellence typical spices. If you travel to Spanish in winter, I recommend a hot soup, specially a "cocido madrileño". This dish is an excellent option to raise your body temperature. It's a wonderful combination of chickpeas, gelatinous meat, half chicken, sausage, black pudding, a savory pork foot, a ball (ground beef, bread crumbs, 1 egg and spices), cabbage, onions, green beans, rice, bacon, ham oil and garlic. Then, after three cooking hours, the finally result is a powerful soup. You can try "cocido madrileño" in Casa Carola in Madrid.

This paper talks about food around the world, especially in Spain. This paper is concerned of the most wonderful, exciting and delicious food in Spain. Let’s start with the potato omelet, this is the most important food in Spain because they make this dish all over country. And finally, since my point of view, the most delicious food in general is the "Paella", also the most similar food between Colombian and Spanish food (in both countries are very typical). Every year Valencia is home of a festival where the most important seafood restaurants of the world gather to compete and decide who’s the best seafood restaurant cooking the most delicious paella. The paella is a combination between rice, onions, clam, crab, shellfish, shrimps, and suchlike.

For Colombia it was necessary to bring some spices because we didn’t have many of them like in Spain, as a result there are several dishes similar to the Spaniard but using local ingredients. However, the Colombian food is the best between both countries thanks to the interchange of cultures when Spanian left us many customs since colonization. Maybe the “matrix house” from many of our typical gastronomy have arrived from Spain, but the autochthonous flavors here changed the concept of dishes, mixing African and Southamerican spices so our food is the result of the best sazón.
