Gujarati Food- mostly vegetarian high nutritional value

Kashmiri Food-cooking originated Central Asia

Mughlai Cuisine- one of most popular

Punjabi Food- vegetarian and non vegetarian Rajasthani Food- very spicy

South Indian Cuisine- rice based, light dishes
