Air Liquide are committed to maintaining the invaluable integrity of our customers’ Food and Beverage CO2 supply.

Air Liquide delivers EIGA Food and Beverage Grade approved CO2, that meets ISBT standards.

Our Food Grade CO2 is subject to all of Air Liquide’s comprehensive and stringent quality control and Food Safety procedures.

HACCP methodology is implemented across the entire supply chain, providing traceability.

Air Liquide’s focus on quality is reflected in the considerable investment in analytical equipment and laboratory services.

This ensures that Air Liquide UK is uniquely placed in the UK CO2 market to undertake all quality control analysis in house to ensure product quality is never compromised.

Air Liquide is continuing with significant investment in a focused approach to sustainability and increased CO2 resilience.

It provides the following advantages to our customers:

A. The difference is diversity. Supply resilience is fortified by reducing the reliance on the primary production sites in the UK.

B. Increased geographical diversity provides greater proximity to a significantly larger number of customers

C. Carefully selected Bio CO2 plants, that utilise energy crops as their feedstock to produce purified CO2 as the by product of a natural process from this organic source. It provides Food Grade CO2 as the by product of a closed, sustainable process helping our customers achieve their Environmental objectives

D. Significant investment in new high capacity CO2 trailers to supplement Air Liquide’s fleet. These additions to the fleet optimises our capability to meet fluctuations in CO2 supply and demand.

Air Liquide’s approach to communication ensures our customers have regular and meaningful updates regarding their Food Grade CO2 supply. We also listen, document and respond to customer and market feedback.

Air Liquide would like to take this opportunity to listen to your company’s experiences, suggestions and questions. This will ensure we continue to significantly invest and develop our UK infrastructure and supporting services to meet the quality, environmental and supply requirements of the UK Food and Beverage market.
