The IMMOBILIEN ZEITUNG is one of the leading specialist journals for the real estate industry in Germany. In our weekly print edition, we report about the events on the real estate market. In addition, we offer the news portal www.iz.de, the daily newsletter IZ AKTUELL and other digital services. Since October 2017 our knowledge and digital expertise has been bundled at www.iz-research.de. In addi- tion to the transaction database, the residential market analysis and the report finder, our web platform encompasses IZ Comparables and IZ Locations – two further tools for comprehensive research and analysis.
Immobilien Zeitung hosts IZ-JOBS.DE, the job portal for young professionals, experts and executives in the property industry. IZ-Jobs.de is the competent partner for companies and job seekers, providing support with recruitment and career planning.
At the initiative of the Immobilien Zeitung, a Council of Real Estate Experts was founded in 2002. Since 2003, the publishing house has been the German contact partner for the MIPIM AWARDS, the most prestigious international prizes in the real estate sector. It also spon-sors the award presented by the German project managers’ asso- ciation DVP.
Through its share in HEUER DIALOG, Immobilien Zeitung is also actively involved in the event industry. With around 50 events a year, Heuer Dialog is one of the leading providers of seminars and con-gresses for the real estate industry.
The IZ is part of the Frankfurt-based DFV MEDIENGRUPPE. As pub-lisher of over 100 specialist newspapers and magazines, some 400 reference book titles and provider of a wide range of digital services, DFV is one of Europe‘s largest specialist media companies.
