It is suitable to convey bulk and solids, avoiding maintenance.Manufactured goods, abrasive materials and products with aparticular shape, are usually conveyed by Venturi Eductors andthis is a great advantage. The replacement of the rotary valveswith Venturi Eductors, on existing plants, make the conveyingsystem easier and more reliable. Planning a conveying systemincluding a Venturi Eductor assures a better and continuousproduct supply, with no wear and no plant shut-down.

VENTURI EDUCTOR HAS NO MOVING PARTS

All rotary airlocks have blowback. If theproduct conveyed is fine or abrasive, blowback can causeextreme wear problems. Even with free-flowing products,blowback can be a problem, causing bridging andhousekeeping problems, or even an explosion hazard.

NO BLOW-BACKVenturi Eductor can be installed ina space of 200 mm high minimum.
