All the said Superintendents conducting class X and XII Examinations of Regular Students ofSummer Zone are required to ensure proper opening of the sealed envelopes containingQuestion Papers, otherwise the penalty of total expenditure Involved shall be recovered fromthe delinquent officer, whosoever is found guilty of opening wrong sealed envelopes and thecases of such persons shall be referred to the Administrative Department for disciplinaryaction under rules for the dereliction of duties.

3. All the stake holders are requested to keep their wards away from rumour mongers and anti-social elements with regard to guess paper and advise them to concentrate on their studies.In case any change in the date sheet or shifting of centre/s takes place due to some extra-ordinary circumstances or unforeseen situation, same shall be communicated to all the stake-holders through electronic and print media.

4. Mobile phones, hand bags and multifunctional devices are banned in examination centres.5. Before opening the sealed Question Paper Packets all the Superintendents are required to

get the signatures of two appearing students along with their names and Roll Nos. besidePrincipal and two witnesses, on the envelopes.

6. All conducting staff is requested to use three series systematically and pack Answer Scriptsalongwith Memo, Series-wise, but in one parcel of Khaddar Cloth duly sealed and signed.

7. A time of 15 minutes is allowed for comprehensive study and reading of each QuestionPapers before distribution of Answer Books.

8. In Social Studies and Science subjects for Class 10th, every Student has to use two AnswerBooks separately for History, Civics and Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciencerespectively and Similarly, for Botany and Zoology in Biology of Class 12th.

Officers/ BLOs of District Budgam w.e.f 01-02-2014. In order to make the Electoral Rolls (Voter Lists) free from any error like age, relation,DOB, EPIC No. Image and for inclusion of new eligible electors who have attained the age of of 18 years as on 01-01-2014 with qualifyingdate, to remove the delicacy and dead voters if any, and register the voters in new habitation within the same constituency or outside, a spe-cial campaign has been started in District Budgam w.e.f 01-02-2014. In addition a Special Task Force comprising of officers/ officials has beenconstituted for different areas of the District for this purpose.

Any person who thus becomes eligible for inclusion as a voter or any existing voter whose name or other particulars may not have beencorrectly incorporated in the Electoral Roll can apply for such inclusion in the Electoral Roll alongwith two coloured passport size photographsor for necessary correction, as the case may be, before the Electoral Registration Officers (Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Budgam,Assistant Commissioner Def Budgam, SDM Khansahib Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (Tehsildar Budgam/Chadora/Beerwah/ Khag/ Charisharief and Khansahib and the Booth Level Officer (BLO) of the concerned Polling Station.
