METHOD OF SALE

Rosevale Holding will be offered for sale by Public Auction at 18:30 on Tuesday 6th March 2018 at The Hanmer Arms

Hotel, Hanmer, Whitchurch, SY13 3DE.

All interested parties and prospective bidders are asked to note the following;

• The property will be sold subject to Special Conditions of Sale which will be available for inspection at the

Auctioneers offices 14 days prior to the sale or from the Sellers Solicitors.

• Prospective buyers are assumed to have inspected the property and have made all usual and prudent pre-

contract searches and enquiries.

• The successful bidder is bound under contract as soon as the Auctioneers gavel falls on his/her final bid.

• The successful bidder will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer.

• It is recommended that anyone wishing to inspect the legal pack should make an appointment with the

Auctioneers or Solicitors first to ensure that the legal pack is available.

If any bidders are intending to come to the auction, they are advised to check with the Auctioneers the day before the
