FMCOG Food Pantry has some good things happening already this year. We have a great group of volunteers who are finding places to serve. In January we served 112 families = 259 family members and 11 of these families came to us for the first time. It is because of your faithful giving that we are able to reach out to those in need. Keep your eyes on the bulletin for updates as the year progresses. .

This coming weekend, our children will be traveling to Praise Cathedral where they will be competing in various Fine Arts categories with peers from around the State. Come and show your support for our kids and enjoy an amazing night of worship.

Prayer Advocate Care Team Meeting Today We are the prayer team linked with the iPray newsletter. Our purpose: "To hold up in prayer & serve the Pastors, ministries, members, & outreaches of FMCOG." Day by Day Connect Discipleship Class Day by Day is a topical Bible study class taught by Sue Kirk. This class focuses on walking with the Holy Spirit each day and how we can have power and boldness to witness. Day by Day is for men and women, married or single and meets in Room 105. You are encouraged to drop by and connect with Sue and the Day by Day participants or check out any of our Connect Classes that meet on Sunday mornings at 10:00am.
Wednesday Morning Prayer Meeting Senior Adult Ministry sponsors prayer meeting every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Our next meeting is February 24 at 11 am in the Center for Discipleship, Room 102. Come expecting a move of God.

WOMEN’S MINISTRIES - girlfriends Changing hearts, changing lives, one girlfriend at a time
Girlfriends’ Event Get glammed up and ready to walk the “Red Carpet” for the Girlfriends’ “Academy Awards.” The event will take place Friday night, March 4, in the Family Life Center. Doors open at 6:45 pm with the event starting at 7:00. Tickets are $5 and on sale now! Childcare will be provided. This will be an evening you don’t want to miss! For the next several weeks we will be learning How to Hear from God. Some of us think we may hear from God; others hope sometime they will hear from God; then the other group thinks they hear from God all the time. This teaching will give you a practical, proven way to hear from the Father. With so much confusion and noise in the world today, it is imperative to hear the Holy Spirit's voice. This teaching will help you to move closer to God's plan and purpose in the coming year. See you at the barn!
