VIABILITY & FEASIBILTY STUDY

Our aim is to identify factors that affect viability of a building in terms of

economical, ethical, sociological & sustainable parameters.

Our Feasibility Study is a powerful tool that we as design professionals use to

evaluate all of the key aspects of a potential project. These include design

opportunities, timescales, financial and legal implications of the proposed

works.

PRE-DESIGN STUDY INCLUDING

DETAILED SITE ANALYSIS

We start out all projects identifying requirements that may be placed on a

project, that may be required for zoning, special use permits, zoning

adjustments that may be desired or required. We define the capacity of the site,
