Pallet Live Storage

Drive-In Racking

Selective Pallet Racking• Various heights and beam lengths

• A number of widely used configurations

• Accessories improve safety & protect racks

Double Deep Pallet Racking• Pallets stored 2 deep – less distance for

the fork-lift truck to travel

• Greater use of space by reducing the number of aisles

• Not suitable for rapid stock rotation – first pallet in is the last one out

• Increased storage capacity

Drive-in Racking• Used for high density storage

• Suits a low number of product lines and low stock rotation

• MHE drives in to load or retrieve pallets

• Ideal for cold or chilled storage and bulk storage applications

Gravity Flow Racking• High density, dynamic storage system

• Allows First In / First Out product flow

• Eliminating all but entrance / exit aisles

• Integrate to an automated storage system

• Ideal for high volume or expiration date sensitive inventory

Shuttle Racking System• Fully programmable deep lane storage

and retrieval system

• Electric shuttle cart runs on rails

• High density and low cost storage option

• First In/First Out & First In/Last Out options

Pallet Live Storage• Pallets are stored on sloping roller

conveyor tracks

• First In/Last Out stock rotation

• Efficient, dense form of storage

• One loading face and one retrieval face

Considerations:• Product weights• Council consent requirements

• Material handling equipment • Aisle width

TEST

ING ‘Safety first’ is second nature to us. All our pallet racking

systems are designed and independently tested to meet the stringent Australian Standard AS4084:2012.

This strength and load bearing capacity testing offers peace of mind that your warehouse storage will not only support your business, but keep your people safe and your stock protected. Every component is built and installed to withstand and conform to New Zealand’s challenging seismic environment and regulations.
