The guarantee on KRIKET products is based on all of the above. The guarantee on materials is 10 years. The aluminium guides and rail kit are also guaranteed for 10 years provided that the weight of the door does not exceed 120 Kilograms.

G U A R A N T E E

All articles manufactured by Kriket Armazones, S.L. follow the highest standards of quality and as a result of this the guarantee is for 10 years.

The implementation of this guarantee follows the steps explained below:

TRANSPORTATION GUARANTEEIf the wholesale customer receives the merchandise and notices a fault in the packaging or serious deterioration during the initial inspection, they should record the circumstances in the haulier’s delivery note and thus be able to return it immediately or at a date set by Kriket.

If faults are not noticed during the fi rst visual inspection but are du-ring a second check, they will have 20 days to be able to discuss this with Kriket and, once approved by Kriket, return it without charge.

GUARANTEE ON MATERIALSKriket guarantees that all of the technical components of the frame are free from rust during the 10 years of the guarantee, counting the start date of the guarantee as the manufacturing date shown on the goods delivery note, provided that they are not put in places with a high concentration of salt.

Likewise, the mounting kit, movement and guide are guaranteed against breaks for 10 years.

In the case of the kit, doors weighing more than 120 kilograms should not be used.
