CULVER, IN - Ronald Benoit, 81, diedMonday, May 6, 2019, in Culver,Indiana. He was born June 20, 1937,in Kankakee, Illinois, to the late Robertand Cecillia (Burgan) Benoit. OnOctober 29, 1969, in Kankakee, hemarried Dona Reiniche.
Ron was a member of the StarkeCounty ABATE and loved riding hismotorcycles. He also enjoyed fishing,hunting, trapping, coon hunting andspending time with his family andfriends. He had worked construction.
He is survived by his wife, Dona, twosons: Don (Carrie) Benoit of Culverand Mike (Sharon) Benoit of Winamac,Indiana, one daughter, Kim Williams ofArizona, four grandchildren, two greatgrandchildren, one brother, Merle(Marsha) Benoit of Crescent City,Illinois and two sisters: Marlene (Tom)Murphy of Rensselaer, Indiana andJolene Feleki of DeMotte, Indiana.
A memorial service will be held at alater date.

Sandy enjoyed playing games onthe computer, cooking, tending herflowers and spending time with herfamily.
She is survived by her husband,John, two sons: Ronald L. O’Dea ofNorth Judson and Jason (Desiree)Bryant of San Pierre, Indiana, onedaughter, Alisha Huddleston of NorthJudson, six grandchildren, two greatgrandchildren, two brothers, Eddie(Donna) Cheek and Terry (Cindy)Cheek, both of Griffith, Indiana andthree sisters: Margie Frohling, Patricia(Boo) Cronkite of Moses Lake,Washington and Anita (Gary)Matthews of Shererville, Indiana. Shewas preceded in death by one brother,Farell Cheek and one sister, JeanGuthrie.

Larry was a 1966 graduate ofFrancesville High School and a mem-ber of Pleasant Hill United MethodistChurch. He retired after 36 years ofservice to the Winamac Schools andcontinued working at the school as acrossing guard for 6 years after heretired. He enjoyed going to yardsales, collecting antiques and talking toeveryone.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia,one son, Brandon Link, one daughter,Jodi (Reuben) Smith, all of Winamac,seven grandchildren and one brother,William J. (Vera) Ward of Valparaiso,Indiana. She was preceded in death byone brother, Donald R. Link.
Services were held Tuesday, May14, at Frain Mortuary, with Pastor EdTrusty officiating. Burial was in theMcKinley Memorial GardensCemetery, Winamac. Memorial contri-butions may be given to Pleasant HillUnited Methodist Church.

Raymond was a 1961 graduate ofWarsaw High School, Warsaw,Indiana, where he participated in bandand ran cross country. He was a veter-an of the US Army and a member ofthe North Judson American LegionPost 92. He retired after 38 years ofservice with Buckeye Pipeline Co.Raymond loved spending time with hisfamily, traveling to Berne, Alabamaand Canada for family reunions, goingto consignment auctions in Walkerton,Indiana, where he purchased bakeryitems to donate to the senior centerand the North Judson Food Pantry. Hedelivered Meals on Wheels. Raymondenjoyed spending time with nature, hisannual fishing trip to Kentucky Lakeand deer hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Susan, twosons: Benjamin (Beth) Christian ofNoblesville, Indiana and Matthew(Andrea) Christian of Elkhart, Indiana,three grandchildren and two sisters:Mary Lou Kiser of Warsaw and VerlaHarter of Mentone, Indiana.
Services were held Monday, May 13,at the O’Donnell Funeral Home. Burialwas in the Highland Cemetery, NorthJudson.

Bean had worked as a farmer andironworker most of his life and was amember of the Iron Workers Local#292 in South Bend, Indiana. He wasalso a member of the Moose Lodge#2513 and Fraternal Order of Eagles#2580 in Winamac as well as the Sonsof American Legion Post #92 in NorthJudson, Indiana. Bean enjoyed fishing,hunting, camping, bluegrass andcountry music and spending time withhis family. He was an avid NASCARfan and spent time at Shady Hill,Eldora and Talladega.
He is survived by two daughters:Kathy Rehm and Karen (Ted) Wolfe ofWinamac, five sons: Larry D. “Charlie”Shidler, Jr., Jesse (Karen) Shidler, BillyShidler, Oscar (Heather) Shidler andAdam (Lela) Shidler, all of Winamac,thirty grandchildren, lots of greatgrandchildren and two brothers: RalphShidler of Medaryville, Indiana andRichard “Bick” Shidler of Argos,Indiana.
