Now, tell us who is you favorite team and your favorite player in the Euro 2020. You just have to copy and change

information of underlined sentences in the text below. Use the translation on next page to understand the text.

femme s’appelle Cora Gauthier.

Translation

My favorite team is the French team “ the blues”. In my opinion, it’s the best

team in the world. The last time that the Blues won the Euro, it was in 1984 and

I really hope they will win the Euro 2021 this time.

My favorite player is Karim Benzema. He was born on the 19 December 1987 at

Lyon, therefore he is 34 years old. He is an international French player playing

as a center-forward at Real Madrid. He is the tenth top scorer in the history of

the French team with a total of 27 goals. For the Euro 2020, he joined the

French team.

Physically, he is quite tall as he measures 1.85m. He has black hair, he has a bear

and brown eyes. He has two children, a girl who is called Mélia and who is nine

years old. And a boy who is called Ibrahim and who is four years old. His wife is

called Cora Gauthier.

Personally, Karim Benzema is my favorite sporty man, he inspires me a lot as he

is very modest and I would really like to meet him one day, that would be my

dream.

See you later - Tom
