TERMS

Air Air rate and schedule are applicable for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same flights and dates. Air rates, schedules, taxes and fees are subject to change until passengers have paid in full.

If air is canceled within 90 days of departure, penalties may apply. Name changes are subject to penalties within this time period.

Groups who purchase Collette Air will receive complimentary hotel transfers on the scheduled day of arrival and departure, not including pre or post stays.

Airline fees and surcharges are included at time of pricing but are subject to change without notice. Any increase in airline fees, fuel surcharges or taxes imposed by airlines or governments or any supplier, both domestic and foreign, or other entity, will be passed on to the participant until passengers have paid in full.

Deposits and Names A per person deposit is due with passenger names

Should your clients decide to purchase our trip cancellation waiver they must do so at time of booking

Payment of a per person waiver fee guarantees a full refund of all payments (including deposit) except for the waiver fee itself, in case of cancellation of travel plans

for any reason prior to the day of departure.

All names submitted to Collette Vacations must appear exactly as shown on passengers' passports.

Any name changes are subject to penalty.

Revision Fees A handling fee of $25 per change will be assessed for any change or revision made to a reservation.

A change of tour date or tour itinerary within the guidelines of the cancellation policy will be treated as a cancellation and regular cancellation fees apply.

If flight changes or flight cancellations are requested, revision fees or airline cancellation fees will apply.

A voluntary change of departure within 90 days of original departure date will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.

Seat Reductions On the seat reduction date, your group space will be reduced to the number of seats under deposit with names.

Triple Rooms Triple rooms are normally a standard double room with 2 beds. A cot or rollaway bed may be requested but not guaranteed due to size of room and fire codes.

PreSold Options 5% commission is paid on pre-sold options.

Options purchased on tour are non-commissionable.

If you have not purchased waivers, and you need to cancel for any reason prior to the day of departure, the Cancellation Fees are as follows:

For Oberammergau: Non-refundable deposit will be retained. A cancellation fee of 75% will apply for cancellation between 120-90 days prior to departure; A

reef in many ways. Enjoy a glass bottom

boat ride*, a stroll on the walking trail to

take in the rain forest, relax on the beaches,

or just watch the fish and sea turtles swim

past from the pier. For a more adventurous

encounter with the reef, optional scuba

diving, snorkeling and an outer reef tour are

collection of interesting artifacts. This

search for crocodiles in their natural habitat

during a visit to Hartley's Croc Farm! While

Queenstown

En route to Milford Sound, enjoy the rugged

grandeur of the Hollyford Valley. You’ll

travel through beech forest via the Homer

Tunnel. During a cruise of the

breathtakingly beautiful Milford Sound

you’ll see why this fjord is one of the most

visited sites on the South Island. With

rock faces that rise nearly 4,000 feet on

either side, the scenery will take your

breath away. Following your cruise, you

return to Queenstown. You may choose to

return via a short optional flight (weather

permitting) for spectacular views of New

Traverse the spectacular countryside to New

Cathedral and the downtown park district.

Later, visit a Canterbury farmyard where

you’ll enjoy a sheep shearing demonstration

and see the herding of the farm’s animals!

It’s a great opportunity to learn how a New

Zealand family farm operates. This

afternoon, you are invited to participate in

an optional tour of the International

Antarctic Center for an interactive

experience and unique glimpse into the

world of Antarctic expeditions. Make

Born of the need to portray Aboriginal culture with dignity and pride, the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park is a stunning theatrical and

symbolic interpretation of a 50,000-year-old society.

Five theatres, a museum, an art gallery and a traditional Aboriginal camp combine to give you a complete and meaningful glimpse into

this rich and ancient culture. The Fine Art Gallery features paintings and works by local Aboriginal artists available for purchase.

In the tribal encampment area, the most interactive area of the park, you can interact with Tjapukai people as they teach you the art of

throwing a boomerang or playing a didgeridoo. After watching a short demonstration on bush food and medicine, you can even taste

To complete your vacation, we include roundtrip airport-to-hotel transfers when purchasing Collette airfare with your tour. If you have arranged for your own air, we

Due to changes in air schedules while on tour, the order of days in the itinerary may

The internal flights on this program are not included in the land price of your

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed with the exception of visits to wildlife parks.

Responsibilities: Neither Collette Travel Services, Inc., its affiliated entities and its

and their employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and

assigns (collectively "Collette"), own or operate any person or entity which is to or

does provide goods or services for these trips. Because neither maintains any

control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, Collette

assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury,

death, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or

irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent,

willful or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers or

other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or

instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or (3) any

wrongful, willful or negligent act or omission on the part of any other party not

under the supervision and control of Collette. Additionally, responsibility is not

accepted for losses or expenses due to sickness, lack of appropriate medical

facilities or practitioners, weather, strikes, theft or other criminal acts, war,

terrorism, computer problems, or other such causes. All services and

accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided.

Collette reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in

their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the

comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour. They reserve the right to withdraw any

tour announced. Collette reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a

member of the tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any

time, when such action is determined by the tour manager to be in the best interests

of the health, safety, and general welfare of the tour group or of the individual

participant. Neither does Collette accept liability for any carrier's cancellation

penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airline or other ticket to the

tour departure city and return or otherwise. Baggage and personal effects are the

sole responsibility of the owner at all times. Participants may be photographed for

the promotional purposes of Collette. Arbitration - I agree that any dispute

concerning, relating, or referring to this contract, the brochure or any other

literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by

binding arbitration according to the then existing rules of the American Arbitration

Association in Rhode Island. Such proceedings will be governed by substantive

Rhode Island law.
