TERMS
Air Air rate and schedule are applicable for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same flights and dates. Air rates, schedules, taxes and fees are subject to change until passengers have paid in full.
If air is canceled within 90 days of departure, penalties may apply. Name changes are subject to penalties within this time period.
Groups who purchase Collette Air will receive complimentary hotel transfers on the scheduled day of arrival and departure, not including pre or post stays.
Airline fees and surcharges are included at time of pricing but are subject to change without notice. Any increase in airline fees, fuel surcharges or taxes imposed by airlines or governments or any supplier, both domestic and foreign, or other entity, will be passed on to the participant until passengers have paid in full.
Deposits and Names A per person deposit is due with passenger names
Should your clients decide to purchase our trip cancellation waiver they must do so at time of booking
Payment of a per person waiver fee guarantees a full refund of all payments (including deposit) except for the waiver fee itself, in case of cancellation of travel plans
for any reason prior to the day of departure.
All names submitted to Collette Vacations must appear exactly as shown on passengers' passports.
Any name changes are subject to penalty.
Revision Fees A handling fee of $25 per change will be assessed for any change or revision made to a reservation.
A change of tour date or tour itinerary within the guidelines of the cancellation policy will be treated as a cancellation and regular cancellation fees apply.
If flight changes or flight cancellations are requested, revision fees or airline cancellation fees will apply.
A voluntary change of departure within 90 days of original departure date will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.
Seat Reductions On the seat reduction date, your group space will be reduced to the number of seats under deposit with names.
Triple Rooms Triple rooms are normally a standard double room with 2 beds. A cot or rollaway bed may be requested but not guaranteed due to size of room and fire codes.
PreSold Options 5% commission is paid on pre-sold options.
Options purchased on tour are non-commissionable.
If you have not purchased waivers, and you need to cancel for any reason prior to the day of departure, the Cancellation Fees are as follows:

Reef. This is an immense series of 2,800
coral reefs which are home to amazingly
diverse marine life. From your base on
Green Island, you are able to explore the
reef in many ways. Enjoy a glass bottom
boat ride*, a stroll on the walking trail to
take in the rain forest, relax on the beaches,
or just watch the fish and sea turtles swim
past from the pier. For a more adventurous
encounter with the reef, optional scuba
diving, snorkeling and an outer reef tour are

Today visit the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural
Center. You’ll see traditional Aboriginal

the renowned art gallery and visit the
interpretation center, which houses a
collection of interesting artifacts. This
afternoon a great experience awaits as you
search for crocodiles in their natural habitat
during a visit to Hartley's Croc Farm! While
visiting you also have the chance to meet
some of the local koalas. Your evening is at

Queenstown
En route to Milford Sound, enjoy the rugged
grandeur of the Hollyford Valley. You’ll
travel through beech forest via the Homer
Tunnel. During a cruise of the
breathtakingly beautiful Milford Sound
you’ll see why this fjord is one of the most
visited sites on the South Island. With
rock faces that rise nearly 4,000 feet on
either side, the scenery will take your
breath away. Following your cruise, you
return to Queenstown. You may choose to
return via a short optional flight (weather
permitting) for spectacular views of New

and see the herding of the farm’s animals!

Zealand family farm operates. This

Antarctic Center for an interactive
experience and unique glimpse into the
world of Antarctic expeditions. Make

this rich and ancient culture. The Fine Art Gallery features paintings and works by local Aboriginal artists available for purchase.
In the tribal encampment area, the most interactive area of the park, you can interact with Tjapukai people as they teach you the art of

The internal flights on this program are not included in the land price of your

Payment of a per person waiver insurance fee guarantees full refund on all payments (including deposit), except the waiver fee itself, made to
Collette Vacations for tour service in case of cancellation for any reason prior to the day of departure. Air inclusive waiver insurance may be

Once on tour, if a passenger has to return home early due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of the immediate family, (physician’s
statement required), payment of the waiver fee to Collette Vacations guarantees full refund for any unused land services after departure from the tour.
Payment of the air inclusive waiver guarantees your return transportation, with no additional supplement, utilizing your original airline tickets. In the
event you have purchased non-refundable airline tickets, the air waiver does not apply.
The waiver insurance fees are fully refundable up to 10/1/2009. Waiver insurance is non-transferable and valid for each applicant only. Waiver
Insurance must be purchased at time of first deposit.
Collette Vacations can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions of any
travel agent or travel agency other than that of Collette Vacations itself, and its own employees.
The waiver insurance fees do not cover any single supplement charges which arise from an individual’s traveling companion electing to cancel for
any reason prior to departure. In this case, the single supplement will be deducted from the refund of the person who cancels. Division of this charge
between the two passengers involved is solely their responsibility. If insufficient funds are deducted from the canceling client, the traveling client
will be charged the remaining portion of the single supplement. The waiver covers cancellation of your trip and does not cover cancellation of the

Cairns
HOT AIR BALLOONING ADVENTURE

Float over blue gum and paper bark trees and experience the wide open spaces of the Atherton
Tablelands/Cairns Highlands in a hot air balloon. See the balloons inflate and rise into the sky. Don’t
forget your camera to capture dawn’s light on the lush greenery on the mountainous plain. After your 60
minute flight, return to the ground and “tuck into” a hearty “Aussie Style” champagne breakfast featuring

dips through the layers of the canopy to bring you deep into the rainforest, stopping at two in-forest

CHRISTCHURCH TRAMWAY DINNER

INTERNATIONAL ANTARCTIC CENTER

Punting in the Park

Botanic Gardens, the prettiest stretch of the Avon River. The punt is a flat bottomed riverboat that rose above its
utilitarian origins to become a Victorian-era pleasure craft. Pleasure punts like these are now found in the
scholarly cities of Cambridge and Oxford. Refined, relaxing, romantic – let the ride down the Avon transport you

Shotover Jets

TSS Earnslaw Cruise with Walter Peak Evening Dining
