RIVER HILLS CARES / THURSDAY, DEC 17 Bob Swezey hand delivered (70) seventy envelopes of thanks to every employee at Lithia Springs Elementary School today. Every staff member received $50 in cash for the holidays and breakfast as our thanks for the care they provide to kids of River Hills and to other kids in the general com-munity. River Hills Cares collected over $14,000 this year from Member contributions. It provid-ed funds for the school initiative and the 1,000 meals provided to professional healthcare workers in May. Your kindnesses and generosities this year shows that RIVER HILLS CARES about those that care for us! In March 2021 we will launch a new initiative on behalf of emergency safety and response providers. We sincerely hope that initiative will be as successful as this year’s events!

Your Social Team is excited about the changes made to this year's

Village House Decorating Contest. Up for grabs is a RHCC gift certificate to a winner in each village along with the coveted bragging rights. Be on the lookout for an email and FB posts on Friday with an app link for each village. This will allow all residents to drive around, use the list in each app as your tour guide, vote for as many as you like, and enjoy the lights and wonderous participation of River Hills! Voting will be open THIS WEEKEND from 6pm - 9pm nightly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Enjoy another growing tradition in River Hills!

CLUBHOUSE PARKING REMINDER - IMPORTANT! We know many of you will be having family and friends into town. We also know that some of your drive-ways will not accommodate all cars at night. Knowing that parking on streets overnight is not permitted and patrolled; we know some will need added parking. The club will allow added cars in the parking lot over-night with the completion of the appropriate form. Stop by to complete the form — manager signature re-quired. Our staff arrives very early every day. Any vehicle found to have been parked in the lot without au-thorization owned by a resident will result in a very early phone call to have the car removed. Cars with plates of owners not residing in River Hills will not receive a call but will have their towing notice available at the guardhouse with directions on how to retrieve their car. The purpose of this is protect the liabilities of the RHC Master Association via statements signed and dated by the owners of the cars. We certainly do not want to have cars towed.

TEENAGER ALERT! The January issue of THE CURRENT will come early next week.

In it will be a page directed solely to teenagers. We want to know what kind of stuff you would like to see

happen at the club for your age group.
