The Waste Systems employ patented technology to process mixed food scraps and other organic waste into a sterilized, easy-to-handle, hydrated output material* while reducing waste volume and weight by up to 90 %. The technology developed by the manufacturer in nearly 20 years of research and operational experience, has been in full production and deployed in a wide array of commercial and industrial applications in over eight countries. The waste systems accelerate the reduction process based on drying, sterilizing and grinding mixed food scraps and organic waste. During the system’s 8 to 11 hours processing cycle, food waste weight and volume are reduced by up to 90 %. The waste system advanced built-in sensors and control systems automate the recycling process, providing robust operations and a hassle-free user experience.

NO microorganisms, enzymes, fresh water or other additives are required. Up to 90% volume & weight reduction.

Output is a sterilized, dehydrated residual material*.

Technology Benefits

Patented "double helix" shredder and blade design

Prevents jamming - minimizes down time and lowers maintenance costs. Blade design accelerates the mixture of food and organic waste to more thoroughly disperse material, and allows it to break down faster and more evenly.

Advanced sensors and control systems

Automates the complete recycling process providing robust operations and a hassle-free user experience. Sensors monitor the temperature of thermal oil and food waste to maintain a consistent temperature range throughout the processing cycle, and intelligently shut off the machine.

Six-step deodorizer process Utilizes heat source and steam generated inside the system to control and eliminate unpleasant odors. Waste material odors are filtered and cleaned through multiple points inside the system.

Proprietary blower chamber technology

Creates a stable environment inside the drum so that additional new food scraps can be added without compromise processing efficiency. When additional waste material has been added, the blower chamber quickly re-establishes and maintains a consistent airflow.

Animal oil extraction feature System heats and melts animal fat into animal oil for drainage after approximately 2 hours into the processing cycle. The animal oil output is a high-quality bio-diesel refinement from the fatty content.

Scalable processing capacity System offers a full range of high-efficiency systems - ranging from 30 kg. to 100+ tons per day - designed to meet the recycling requirements from small-to-large size modular systems to plant-level implementations.

Thanks to its process and high temperature (150°C), organic scraps can be dried and sterilized, reducing the original volume and weight up to 90%. The output is safe and stable and represent a very good soil amendment for fertilizer production, it can be used for pellets or Pet food production*.
