Scripture Reading – 1 King 19:9-18 9 There he went into a cave and spent the night. And the word of the Lord came to him: “What are

the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the

earthquake. 12 After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire

came a gentle whisper. 13 When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and

stood at the mouth of the cave. Then a voice said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?” 14 He

Thank you very much for including me in your prayers and for sending me the beautiful quilt. Your prayers will see me through my illness. The blanket made by your quilting ministry will be treasured for all my days – I feel truly blessed. Sincerely, Cathy Daddario (sister of Nancy Lehmann) Thank you for the lovely prayer quilt that you made for my sister, Joyce, who is a resident of Frostburg Village Nursing Home. She uses it on her bed or around her shoulders when she is cold. This kind outreach program to the community shows that you have not only a caring church but a special group of loving, caring, quilters. Your kindness will never be forgotten! Again, thank you! Joyce’s sister, Karen
