100% fruit juice is a healthy drink. But, children who drink TOO MUCH can develop HEALTH PROBLEMS like cavities and obesity. Also, 100% fruit juice doesn’t contain the nutrients and fiber found in whole fruit.
DRINKS ARE SUGARY DRINKS
A sugary drink is any drink that has sugar added to it. Most fruit-flavored drinks are sugary drinks. These drinks typically contain a lot of added sugar and VERY LITTLE fruit juice.
