How to find and follow the BSG-18
1. Go to the Betaminic “Public Strategies” page in the Betamin Builder. 2. Left-click on the “Search by name” option on the left menu.
3. Enter “bsg” in the search field. 4. The strategies with “bsg” in their name will appear in a dropdown menu on the left.
5. Left-click on each of the 18 strategies of the BSG-18.
They all start “TOM WHITAKER BSG…” 01, 02, 03, etc. 6. Left-click on the green “Follow” button on the right for each strategy so that they all have a tick on their upper-
right hand side which indicates that you are following them. 7. Please note that 2 of the BSG strategies have non-standard names because they have been updated:

8. On the Public Strategies page (also on the My Strategies page), you can check which strategies you are following
by ticking the “Strategies I follow” checkbox.
9. To see future picks, click on the “My Picks” -> “Pending Picks” area.
10. In the My Picks -> Pending Picks area you will see the upcoming picks. If you do not see any picks here and you
have Pending picks in your pick bank (top left – blue box), then it means there are no upcoming picks in the next 48 hours. If you have zero pending picks in your top right corner pick bank, then it means you need to buy more picks.
11. The BSG-18 uses about 250 picks per month. It is recommended to keep pick unit costs as low as possible by
buying the professional pick pack of 1,000 picks which should give you about 4 months of the system.
What is the BSG-18? The Betaminic Public Strategies page has a list of many strategies created and shared by users. Strategies that show profit after they have been shared and show good performance rise to the top of the Betaminic rankings.
Big data betting works best when you spread your risk by following multiple strategies in a portfolio system. The aim being for the strategies to balance out each other’s good and bad runs to make it smoother progress. The more strategies you follow, the faster turnover and the quicker you can reach your targets. Each strategy in the public area was created separately from each other, and because of this, some of the strategies overlap with their leagues and selections. This means that if you follow many strategies at the same time, you sometimes get the same pick twice from 2 different strategies or picks that back both the home and away team in the same match. Since you pay for tips on a pick-by-pick basis, this can be a waste of picks. For this reason, I took the top ranked and best performing strategies and edited them to fit together without overlapping and wasting picks. So each strategy in the BSG-18 is actually a customized version of an existing top-ranked, long-running strategy that is in profit.

Research Method for the BSG-18
I weighted and ranked the strategies to get my own top rated list.
Then I made notes of the settings of every strategy in that list to find common settings, odds brackets and leagues.
I then found which combination of strategies enabled the best strategies to work together without overlapping.
For example, I keep the Colossus 06 Scoring Away Overs exactly the same, but add 2 leagues that another shared
strategy with exactly the same settings had used and had success with. For leagues the Colossus 06 did not use, I
edited other high ranked Over 2.5 goals strategies, but only used the leagues that fit into the gaps left by the
Colossus 06. In this way I could build up a patchwork of strategies that could work together in the most efficient way.
I decided to drop using away bets, since they often ended up being higher odds bets, and higher odds bets leads to
more extreme variance and larger drawdowns. For high volume betting, lower drawdowns are important.
Finally, I created a system of 18 strategies that is ideal for automated betting where bank protection is important. It
builds on the ideas of the most successful strategies and makes them into a coherent multi-strategy system.
BSG-18 Strategies Summary
The strategies are all on the Public strategies page now. If you type “BSG” into the “search by name” part of the page,
you can find them easily.
It is much easier to see what you are betting on with this set. The Over/Under 2.5 goals market strategies are in blue.
The Home bet strategies are in green. The Draw No Bet and Double Chance strategies are in light green. The Draw
strategies are in purple.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 01 Scoring Away Overs V3 This strategy has the same settings as the Colossus 06 Scoring Away Overs but adds 2 more leagues that have good historical data.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 02 Goal Variance Overs This strategy tries to ride the variance of teams scoring at home, if they didn't score last time, the over 2.5 odds get raised.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 03 Winning Away Unders This strategy backs under 2.5 goals when there is a strong away team and more chance of a tight game with the home side defending.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 04 Free Scoring Home Favorites This strategy backs strong home favourites who score many goals on average. Scoring teams have more chance to break through.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 05 Scoring Teams Home Favourites
This strategy backs home & away teams with good scoring averages. The away team goal average pushes the home odds up slightly.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 06 On Form Home Favourites This strategy backs home teams that are in good recent form of 2 or more consecutive wins
TOM WHITAKER BSG 07 Home Dog This strategy has the same settings as the Colossus 01 Home Dog. It produces few picks, but above average yields.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 08 Poor Home This strategy backs home teams with poor form who have not won for 5 matches. This form pushes up the odds.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 09 Very Poor Home This strategy backs home teams with very poor form who have not won at home in the last 8+ home games This pushes the odds up.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 10 Home Blanks This strategy has the same settings as Colossus 14 Home Blanks Away Scoring but reduces the league selection to avoid overlap.

away teams who are capable but not too strong or weak for better odds

TOM WHITAKER BSG 14 Two Dogs DC12 This strategy backs 2 teams in poor form. Both teams view this a "6-pointer" match and push for the win. A good LTD selection.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 15 Winless Home DC1X This strategy backs the 1X bet for teams with a normal average win rate but are "due" a win to return to their trend line.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 16 Draw Due This strategy backs 2 teams who have not had a draw in their last 3-6 games and are "due" a draw to return to the trend line.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 17 Winner Draw This strategy backs 2 teams both in good form who may settle for a draw.
TOM WHITAKER BSG 18 Draw Season This strategy backs 2 teams with average wins rates and would surprise nobody by drawing with each other.

For those users who are familiar with the top-ranking Betaminic public strategies, here is a more detailed list of
which original strategies were edited to fit into the BSG-18. Main strategies are added with no changes, and then
other strategies of the same bet type are added around them to make a complete system.

BSG Bots - Setup Guide This guide will explain how to connect your Betaminic account to your Bf Bot Manager software, and then how to import and start the BSG Recommended Bot set of 20 bots for use with the BSG-18 set of Betaminic strategies. How to connect your Betaminic account to your Bf Bot Manager software
1. First, login to your Betaminic Builder on the Betaminic website. Go to the "Bf Bot Manager" tab in the Betamin Builder. 2. Copy the first URL on that page by left-clicking on the green "copy" button.
3. In the Bf Bot Manager software, click on the "Manage Tips" button.
4.Click on the "Betaminic auto import settings" button in the Manage tips form.
5. Tick the checkbox to enable "Automatically import tips from your Betaminic account" 6. Right click and paste your Betaminic URL into this field. 7. Click "Download tips now" to manually import the first set of tips and check if it works. (It will only download tips if there are picks for matches that will kick off within the next 6 hours.) 8. Click "Save" to keep these settings and exit this form. Your Betaminic and Bf Bot Manager should now be linked.
9. If the software has imported any tips, you should be able to see them in this Tips form. The BSG-18 tips all begin with "TOM WHITAKER BSG..." in their name.
How to import and start the BSG Bot recommended set of 20 bots
1. In the Bf Bot Manager STRATEGIES tab, click on the “Import strategies” button.
2. From the bot set pack I sent you, extract the file folder and select the “2021-7-20 BSG Bots - Recommended set of 20 bots - 1,000 bank - secure staking.gz” file to import. (If you do not have this bot set, email me at [email protected] with your latest Betaminic order number to become my referral and get the set.)
3 .The Bf Bot Manager will tell you that you have imported 20 bot strategies.
4. Left-click the name column header to sort the bots into alphabetical order.
5. You will see the set of 20 bots loaded up into your Bf Bot Manager software.
6. In the A01 and A02 bots, in their staking rule tab, in the “Bet on imported selections/tip” rule, the field for strategy names is blank. That means they will bet on ALL imported tips. If you want the bots to bet on specific tips, then you need to enter the names of each strategy, separated by commas, whose tips you want this bot to bet on. If you are betting on the BSG-18 set of Betaminic strategies, you can copy and paste this text into those provider name fields.

7. In each bot’s staking tab, the Percent of betting bank rule sets the betting bank for each bot. If you want to change the betting bank size, edit it here and click “Set New”. The recommended bot set uses the Secure staking plan settings I researched in my book “The Staking Plans Book”. Secure staking bets a different percent of the betting bank on different selections depending on the odds. It bets more on lower odds and less on higher odds. In the Bf Bot Manager software the rule to do tha tis called the “Odds staking ladder”. The percent rule (red) looks for how much to be on each selection in the odds staking ladder rule. If you want to change the percentages et, you can do that in the Odds staking ladder settings (blue).
8. In the name of each bot, I wrote £10 or £1. This is 1% of the betting bank that I have set for each bot. I wrote this so that I can see at a glance what the average bet size of the bot is excpted to be. With secure staking, bets can be from 0.25% to 5% of the betting bank depending on the odds. If you change your starting betting bank, I recommedn you also edit this text in the name so you know what bank level you have set.
9. To start the bots, just click on the Start/Pause button. If it has a yellow background, it means the software is in simulaiton mode and you will need to change it to real mode to start placing real bets after your are happy that the bots are working as expected. If this is your first time using the Bf Bot manager, please try it in simulation mode first until you understand how the bot is working and placing bets.
An explanation of what each bot does can be found in the BSG Bot Set Explanation below.
BSG Bot Set Explanation This zip file includes 5 .gz files with bot sets in them. Please read the explanations and choose which bot set you want to use. 2021-7-20 BSG Bots - Minimum Recommended set of 9 bots - 1,000 bank - level staking.gz 2021-7-20 BSG Bots - Recommended set of 20 bots - 1,000 bank - secure staking.gz 2021-7-20 BSG Bots - Aggressive set of 37 bots - 1,000 bank - secure staking.gz 2021-7-20 BSG Bots - Aggressive set of 37 bots - 1,000 bank - percentage staking.gz 2021-7-20 BSG Bot MENU set of 120 bots - Do not use all - Select from menu.gz (Sometimes windows displays the .gz files as .zip files, but that is ok, they are still .gz files.) The names are mostly self-explanatory. The Recommended set of 20 bots is what I feel is a good standard set to use. It just has the add-on bot types that I think work the best (+stats and +HDA/+HTS), and for all time bands. I recommend most users to use this set. The Minimum Set of 9 is for those people who just want a few strategies so they can see easily which bots are placing bets and why, and do not want a large number of bots that are hard to edit when changing bank sizes and other custom editing. This set just has the add-on strategies I feel are most effective and just for the time bands that had the best results in testing. The Aggressive Set of 37 bots is what I am using. It has all four C-strategy add-on types, for all time bands, although it does mean a higher exposure for some matches .I feel that by using all 4 C-strategy types it spreads the risk of too much exposure on one C-strategy type. It also adds in a Lay The Draw bot with hedge out function after a goal is scored. The Bot MENU set of 120 bots is the full set of bots in secure, level and percentage staking setups. You can then import this set and delete the bots you do not need and just keep the ones that you want. This allows you to pick and choose what combination of bots you feel is best. For example, you can choose percentage stakes for your A01 and A02 bots, but then use percentage stakes for your C-strategy bots and level stakes for D and E strategies if you want. It lets you select bots from the full menu. Please note that it would need a bank of 3,000 to run all 120 bots, so it is meant to be used for selection, not to use as one big set. Key Points
Only one A01 and one A02 bot can be used at once. Using two A01 bots will not work unless they are betting on different imported tips since only one bet can be placed per imported tip.
The other add-on bots can all be used in any combination. They are all connected to the A01 and A02 bots.
The A01 and A02 bots do not have any Betaminic strategies names in their staking tab’s “Bet on imported selections/tips” rule. This means they will bet on all imported tips if left blank. If you want to place bets on only on specific imported tips, then enter the names of those strategies separated by commas in the field. (See below for copy/paste text for BSG-18 strategy list.)
All C-bots have banks of 100. If you want to increase the bank size, please edit them in the staking tab of each bot. BSG-18 Strategy name list: You can copy and paste this list into your A01 and A02 bots staking tab’s “Bet on imported selections/tips” rule if you want to follow the BSG-18.

Default bank: 100 So far, this optional bot added value in good runs, but added to losses in bad runs. The 10m bot will place another bet at the 10m mark if it is still 0-0 and the home team has no red cards. The idea is to get more value odds on a tip that was value pre-match. The 20m bot will do the same at the 20m mark and so on. This means that if the game remains 0-0 to the 81 minute mark, 8 bets will be placed by the 8 bots of this type.

The bot only places bets when the home team has better in-play statistics than the away team by having at least 6 or more dangerous attacks and 3 or more shots in the 10m, 20m and 30m periods. And also at least 11 or more dangerous attacks and 5 or more shots in the 40m, 50m, 50m, 70m

Default bank: 100 In the test run, these +dominating strategies made profit even in the bad runs of the Betaminic strategy sets BDS-34 and BSG-18. The bot only places bets when the home team has much better in-play statistics than the away team by at least +7 Total shots, +4 Shots on target, +11 Attacks, +6 Dangerous attacks and +6 Possession. These settings are very strict and this bot rarely gets triggered.

D03 £10 Home bet to 60m if red card dog

0-60m IP Default bank: 1,000 This bot places an extra bet on a home tip if the away team gets a red card in the first 60m as long as the away team is not winning. This bot rarely gets triggered, but has very good results.

D05 £10 Lay Away dog to 45m if score 1st
A01, A02 home bets
0-45m IP Default bank: 1,000 This bot lays the away team if it scores first, up to the 45m mark and the home team was a Betaminic pick with pre-match odds under 2.00. It bets to a liability of 1%. So whatever the odds are, it will never risk more than 1% of the bot bank. In the test run, 25 bets were triggered by this strategy from 383 A01 bets, generating 2.8% profit from 18 winners. I think this is a good strategy to use. But I have seen it have bad runs.

E08 £2 Lay the Draw 1-3 to 60m +hedge

0-60m IP Default bank: 200 New strategy. This bot lays the draw on home or away bet picks when their odds go to 3 or less up to the 60m mark. If there is a goal that allows trading out for profit, then it will do so.

Strategy Name notes: The “£10” or “£1” in each strategy is what 1% of the starting bank is. This is to give a quick idea of the expected stake size. With Secure
staking, bets range from 0.25% to 5% of the bank. So when you see £10 in the strategy name, you can quickly understand that bets will be between £2.50 to
£50 depending on the odds. This is to make it easier to know which strategies are betting large or small amounts.
Note of caution: As the bot strategies increase in number, get more complicated and have more rules, I have to add the warning that while I am using these
strategies myself, there is always the chance I have made a mistake with the settings somewhere and that could lead to problems later on, so I recommend
trying them all in simulation mode first to make sure they work as you expect. Also, review the bank and expected stake size and safety stop-losses for each
strategy to check that they match your intended risk levels. In simple English, these are my real, actual strategies that I am using. I share them with you so
