Currently the NOC has various pieces of documentation It's one of the NOCs responsibilities to update all relevant documentation: contact information, instructions, technical documentation, etc. We are building a database that will gather information together from many different sources Best Practice Documents: http://www.terena.org/activities/campus-bp/bpd.html
