PAWS Chicago (Pets Are Worth Saving) is the city’s largest No Kill humane organization.
PAWS Chicago (Pets Are Worth Saving) is a national model in animal sheltering, committed to bringing an end to the killing of homeless cats and dogs. As Chicagoland’s largest No Kill shelter, it has helped to reduce the number of homeless pets killed in the city by 91% since its founding in 1997.
In 2018, PAWS Chicago found homes for 5,591 homeless pets and performed 16,750 spay and neuter surgeries through its Lurie Clinic and GusMobile Spay/Neuter Van. These two medical resources give PAWS Chicago the ability to provide free and low-cost spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations and humane education to under-resourced families and neighborhoods that need the most help in controlling its pet population.
Chicago’s premier pet-friendly black tie gala will draw more than 1,000 guests, many escorted by their canine companions. Lucky dogs in attendance will be treated to a doggie buffet and dog spa, complete with an animal masseuse. Their human companions will delight in the silent and live auctions with one-of-a-kind items, raffle, dancing and dinner buffet.
As a sponsor at any level, this unique marketing opportunity includes:
• Access to a highly desirable target audience – we anticipate nearly 1,000 urban pet lovers from the North Shore, Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, Lakeview, and other lakefront neighborhoods.
• Media exposure - PAWS Chicago regularly receives local coverage from ABC, CBS, NBC, WGN, FOX, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, SPLASH - A Chicago Sun-Times Publication, Chicago Magazine, Today’s Chicago Woman, Chicago Scene, Skyline, TimeOut Chicago, Chicago Social, US99.5 FM, 101.9 THE MIX FM, 103.5 KISSFM.
