HOW DOES THE INDUSTRY WORKS

The first stage of the process is to plan everything about the making process. E.g.: Props, Costumes, Locations, Actors, Shot list, Story board, Time management and Mise-En-Scene.

When you planed everything you have to find out how you are going to get money for it. You have to represent your ideas to the potential sponsors and find someone who will sponsor your video.

When you have the money and the plans the next step is to make the video, including shooting and editing. You have to plan where you want to publish the video, but before sharing it you have to advertise it so there will be a higher range of audience. The last step is the sharing and waiting for the comments of the audience and the profit it makes.

As we don't have a huge budget and we are not making this video to make money we won’t look for sponsors and we are going to skip the advertising bit as well. To share our video we are going to use YouTube.

YOUTUBE

We are going to use YouTube to share our video and then embed it to my blog, because it is the biggest video sharing website. Anyone can upload and watch videos on it. There are music, music videos, movies, tutorial and homemade videos. Everything is available on it and we are more likely to gain a higher amount of audience on YouTube then elsewhere.

EDITING TECHNIQUES

David Bordwell's and Kristin Thompson's believed the editing works four ways. - It creates picture relationship between each shot.- Create rhythmic relate.- Create spatial relate.- Constructs temporal relate.

The use of different music, effects and cuts makes it possible to change the atmosphere, genre and everything else.

We are going to use these techniques to refer to the genre and use only the best shots we have.
