The Italian Kitchen

Maria Luisa Manca is a native Italian cook. She incorporates love for good

food and amazing tradition into her teaching. She has taught publically and

privately and now brings her expertise to students of Gavilan College.

$45 + $15 material fee to instructor for each class.

All classes meet in CDC Kitchen, room CDC120.

The Basic Rider Course is designed primarily for beginning and inexperienced riders. Itincludes 5 hours of classroom and 10 hours of on-cycle instruction. Motorcycle and hel-met are provided. Successful completion is required by the DMV for any rider under theage of 21 seeking his or her first California motorcycle license.

Motorcycle Training Classes are subject to a $50 processing fee forrescheduling or canceling with less than 4 business days prior tothe start of class. Due to high demand for this class, registration

fees are nonrefundable once class has started or participants fail toattend class.
