I worked alongside a team of administrative staff and other traffic clerks to achieve goals within the company. 2003 - 2004 SCHENKER LOGISTICS

Transport Clerk Working for a large international transport company based in Immingham I was trusted with running a fleet of around fifteen vehicles utilising them to deliver goods across the UK. Keeping good customer relations and looking after each client account, I was familiar with accounts computer systems that I used on a daily basis to charge customers and follow up on accounts pending. I also had to work very closely and communicate well with warehouse staff to make sure all delivers went out on time and in the correctly organised way for the route. 2001 - 2003 DFDS TRANSPORT

Freight forwarder Working as freight forwarder for multinational shipping and forwarding company, placing orders from customers and arranging shipping and costing for the jobs. I worked very closely within a team, ensuring clients were happy and the service we were providing was sufficient. I used various computer systems after learning them from scratch to complete my work with precision and speed as was required in this very fast paced environment.
