KENDİNDEN OTOMATİK GERİLMELİ ELEKTRİK MOTOR SEHPALARI

Hareketin V kayış vb. gibi elemanlar ile iletildiği tüm dönen mekanik (elektrikmotoru vb.)sistemler için tasarlanmıştır.Genel olarak hareketin aktarılmasındameydana gelen arızaların başlıca sebebi gerektiğinden az veya gerektiğindenfazlaca gerdirilmiş V kayış vb. elemanlardır.

Gerektiğinden az gerdirilmiş elemanlarda kısa sürede kaydırma, yalpalama,yüksek gürültülü (vibrasyonlu) çalışma ve buna bağlı makinalarda verimsizve randımansız çalışmanın sonucu planlanamayan zamansız,zoraki ve yüksekmaliyetli bakım onarım masrafları çıkmaktadır.

Gerektiğinden çok gerdirilmiş elemanlarda ise daha vahim sonuçlar oluşmasıkaçınılmazdır. Fazla gerdirilen sistemlerde rotor mil kırılması (kopması) çokkısa sürelerde rulmanların dağılması, rulman yataklarının bozulması dönenmakinalarda montaj ayaklarının kırılması gibi sonuçlar kaçınılmazdır. Verimsiz,randımansız, yüksek gürültülü ( vibrasyonlu ) çalışmanın sonucu oluşanplanlanamayan zamansız, zoraki, çok daha yüksek maliyetli bakım onarımgereksinimleri, bazı hallerde onarımı yüksek, maliyeti ve süresinden dolayıyeni elektrik motorlarının (dönen makinalar vb.) alınmasını zorunlu kılar.

Kendinden otomatik gerilmeli elektrik motoru sehpaları ESTA ; sisteme ilkmontajında izin verilen değerlerde yapılacak gerdirme sonrasında makinalarınçalışmasına bağlı aşırı yük veya dengesiz yüklere göre esneme kabiliyetinesahip mükemmel bir montaj sehpasıdır.Mevsimsel şartlarda,çok sıcak yaz veyaçok soğuk kış mevsimlerinde dahi oluşacak V kayış vb.aktarma elemanlarındauzama ve kısalmalara göre esneme kabiliyetine sahip mükemmel bir montajsehpasıdır.

Yüksek ücretler ödemeden, bakım ihtiyacı gerektirmeyen, sistemin ihtiyacınagöre kendinden otomatik gerilmeli ESTA motor sehpaları, otomatik zincirgerdirme,otomatik V kayış gerdirme, otomatik bant gerdirme,yanal hareketlereizin vermeyen, metal metale teması engelleyen, ses seviyesi klasik sistemleregöre çok daha düşük ESTA salınım elemanları Türkiye'de üretimine başlamışolduğumuz yeni teknolojik ürünlerdir.

Tasarım ve imalatı yüzde yüz TÜRK mühendislerimizce geliştirilmiş, yerli veyabancı pazarlarda oldukça yüksek beğeni kazanmıştır.

AUTOMATICALLY TENSIONING ELECTRIC MOTOR STANDS

It is designed for all rotary mechanical (electric motors, etc.) systems in whichmotion is transmitted by such components as belts, etc. The major cause offailures occurring in the transmission of motion is usually under-tensioned orover-tensioned components such as V-belts, etc.

In those under-tensioned components, unplanned, untimely, involuntary andcostly maintenance and repair expenses occur as a consequence of tripping,wobbling, high noise ( vibrating ) operation as a result of inefficient andunproductive operation of machinery depending thereupon.

It is inevitable that more desperate consequences should arise in over-tensionedcomponents. Such consequences as rotor shaft breakage, bearing breakagein a short time, bearing carrier breakdown, breakage of assembling feet inrotary machines are inevitable in over-tensioned systems. Unplanned, untimely,involuntary and costly maintenance and repair requirements occurring as aconsequence of high noise (vibrating) operation as a result of inefficient andunproductive operation make it necessary to purchase new electric motors(rotary machines, etc.) due to high repair costs and times in some cases.

ESTA automatically tensioning electric motor stand is an excellent installationstand with a flexion capability depending on overload or unbalanced loadsbasing on the operation of machines upon tensioning to be made at permittedvalues during the initial installation in the system. It is an excellent installationstand with flexion capability depending on elongation and contraction whichmay occur in such transmission components as V belts, etc. in seasonalconditions, especially in too hot summer or too cold winter months.

Maintenance-free automatically tensioning ESTA motor stands, automatedchain tensioners, automated V-belt tensioners, automated belt tensioners,ESTA oscillation components not allowing lateral movements, preventingmetal-to-metal contact, which has much less noise level as compared toconventional systems, are new technological products which we have recentlystarted to manufacture in Turkey.

It has been completely designed and manufactured by TURKISH engineersand gained quite high liking in the domestic and international markets.

Bakım gerektirmeyen yapıya sahiptir ve kayış uzamalarına karşı yeniden ayar

gerektirmez.

ESTA Motor stands offer installation convenience and quick and easy

adjustment in belt replacements.

They prevent belts from slackening and hinder heat formation arising from

skidding, thus preventing early belt failures. Ideal belt tension provides constant

nominal torque transmission, lower power consumption and three times longer

belt life. Thanks to the ideal belt tension which they constantly possess, they

offer quiet power transmission.

They have a maintenance-free structure and do not require readjustment

because of belt elongation

.

Thanks to the mechanical belt tensioning apparatus, ESTA motor standsprovideideal tensioning according to the tension strengths recommended bybelt manufacturers.

Values recommended for V belts by manufacturers are given in the following table

Dairesel Hareketli elekESTA Motor sehpası elek eksenine paralel şekilde bağlanır.Motor mil ekseni, vibrasyon düzeneğinin ekseninden 15° aşağıda veya yukarıda olmalıdır.

Doğrusal Hareketli elekESTA Motor sehpası elek eksenine 45° olacak şekilde montajı yapılır ve motor bağlantı parçası ile vibrasyon düzeneğine bağlanır.

Sieve with Circular MovementESTA Motor stand is installed parallel to the axis of the sieve. Motor shaft axis must be 15 degrees below or above the axis of the vibration assembly.

Sieve with Linear MovementESTA Motor stand is installed at an angle of 45 degrees to the axis of the sieve and fastened to the vibration assembly by meansof the motor connecting piece.
