CNC turret punching
We have a 30 ton turret punch press, one
Inexpensive solution for the production of components, housings or mounting plates on a medium
and large scale with maximum dimensions of 2500 x 1260 mm and a thickness of up to 4 mm. The
undoubted advantage is the possibility of embossing, which eliminates the need to split
production into two independent processes and two machines.

CNC bending machine
• We have a CNC bending machine that enables precise and repeatable bending of steel tubes and profiles.
• For our customers we bend pipes from medium Ø20 to Ø50, we also bend square profiles in the sizes 15x15 and 20x20.
CNC milling
• We offer you productive CNC milling. In our machine park we have 6 milling
centers from brands such as DMG, Fanuc and Brother.
5-axis CNC milling
Two of our machines are 5-axis high-tech milling centers. The first is DMU 50
Ecoline with patented technology of a 2-axis rotary table, NC controlled,
which enables advanced machining in many planes with higher dimensional
tolerances. The machine has a working area of 500 x450 x 400 mm, a spindle
with 8000 rpm leads to an optimal milling productivity and a high surface quality.
The second machine is a 5-axis simultaneous milling center.
It enables the machining of highly complex parts with curvilinear 3D surfaces.
Thanks to CAD / CAM SolidWorks and Solid CAM ZW3D, we can generate NC
codes for machine parts with very complicated surfaces.
CNC turning
DMG Mori Type NLX 2000 SY
The latest model DMG Mori NLX 2000SY is a fully equipped
turning center with counter spindle and additional CNC-driven Y-axis
(for complex milling processes). It also has the latest version of the
CELOS control panel - ERGOline Touch
Welding
• 6 welding machines from the renowned manufacturers LORCHE and Bester / LINCOLN Electric.
• EN ISO 3834-2: 2005
• IWE, VT (1 + 2), MT (1 + 2), PT (1 + 2)
• Cooperation with an accredited laboratory in the field of non-destructive testing of metal structures (e.g. testing of magnetic particles).
Automatic powder coating
• At the beginning of 2018 we have installed and launched an
automatic powder coating one well-known manufacturer of complete
paint systems Mogielnicki (formerly Monkiewicz)
• An essential part of our system is a professional
5-stage spray surface preparation line.
In order to from protect the corrosion and protect optimal adhesion of the paint, we use a new
generation of nano-based surface passivation processes based on the zirconium compound. It is
an ecological alternative to the classic chromate process (Cr VI), iron and zinc phosphating for
aluminum, steel and galvanized surfaces.
The chemical preparations that we use as a 5-step surface preparation technology are approved
by QUALICOAT.
In this way, the configured line, as a result of the chemical treatment and the application of the
conversion coating for all types of metals, allows to obtain corrosion resistance in the tests of the
salt chamber (ISO 9227NSS) over 480h for steel and galvanized parts and over 700h for the same
type of metals in the salt chamber tests Acc. according to PN-H-04624: 1976.
Automatic powder coating
• On a fully automatic line, we can paint cast details made of steel, galvanized steel or aluminum
with a maximum dimension of 1200 x 1200 x 500 mm and with a weight of up to 50 kg / m. We
use the most modern OptiFlex 2 applicators from the well-known Gema company to apply paint.
• In addition to automatic painting, when applying coatings to elements of complex shapes, we
can apply the paint manually using additional applicators.
• The capacity of our facility is around 1500 m2 / day, which completely protects our production
and leaves a large reserve of processing capacity for the provision of services.
