THE FUTURE OF FEDERAL WORK: WORKPLACE 2030
NOW
Federal employees have demonstrated that remote work can yield high-quality results.
The home office can be integrated into federal real estate strategy.
THEN
In 2020, most of us worked in the office. Work from home or other locations was possible, but not widespread.
Work at home was seen as an employee benefit.
