Why eSP?
Purpose of eStrategic Planning
To allow LEAs to complete state-mandated plans in a coordinated fashion under the scope of comprehensive strategic planning.
Record once – report often.
eSP is designed to
Facilitate the development of LEA plans in a web-based, centralized environment
Allow sections of the plans to be incorporated into other plans
Follow a logical workflow so that the creation, submission, review, and approval of plans are clear and concise

Responsibilities
To get started, superintendents need to name the following:
eSP Admin Manage users and permissions, create mission,
vision, etc. Report Admin (for each Report)
approve and submit Report Report Author(s) (for each Report)
Create, edit, complete Report components
(Individuals are permitted to have multiple roles)
Reviewers/Approvers (PDE)
Planning Resources andSign-in
Sign In
Sign-in/Create New Password
Create New User
User Report/Password Reset
Configure Reports
Configure/Opening Reports
Put a checkmark in the box beside Active, then click Save.
Assign Section(s) to Author(s)

Finish Line – Approval Process
Every section of each report must be marked complete by the person assigned to that section.
How do I submit my plan?
All sections must be marked complete Must be logged in a plan administrator Go in to edit plan, under plan status heading,
from dropdown, choose submit to PDE Must enter comment Hit do action button
