    Introduction

360Value is the next-generation property-valuation solution for insurers that provides true component-based replacement-cost estimates and a number of associated underwriting solutions for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

    An Introduction to Xactware

Xactware is the leading provider of software tools, data, and services to the insurance repair industry including adjusting, construction, and loss mitigation services.

Xactware specializes in serving the needs of a broad customer base from the largest insurance carriers and cleaning contractors to small insurance and construction companies as well as independent adjusters. Our products and services include property-loss estimation, insurance-to-value calculations, accounting, contract management, replacement cost, and multimedia training systems as well as regional pricing databases and nationwide training seminars.

Xactware was the first to integrate field-estimating software with a sophisticated extranet service called XactNet. The combination of XactNet and Xactimate means 100% of estimates are analyzed for common scoping errors. XactAnalysis, XactNet's online management reporting tool, provides reports that are tailor-made for executive analysis using full-spectrum graphical reports that instantly display trends and issues. XactAnalysis can generate a report that shows purchasing and pricing for the entire company, or you can drill-down to create reports at a regional, office, estimate, and even line-item level. Because the XactNet and XactAnalysis infrastructure is state-of-the-art and 100% redundant, its up-time since January 1996 exceeds 99%. That's proven dependability!

Located on a ten-acre campus in Orem, Utah, Xactware sits at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains on a bench overlooking the entrance to Provo Canyon. This spectacular backdrop helps to enhance a unique creative environment. Xactware has over 200 dedicated employees.

    Mission Statement

Xactware's success is built on its strong commitment to its mission statement. We have the experience, expertise and enthusiasm necessary to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services available in the marketplace. Using 360Value

360Value is the industry's fastest growing web-based valuation program for residential, commercial, and agricultural structures. 360Value allows the user to complete a valuation in less than five minutes. It uses the same trusted pricing structure as Xactwares own Xactimate, the #1 estimating tool in the industry. This pricing structure is based on ZIP/Postal Codes and local-based socio-economic factors, and uses the same regional pricing used to settle claims for over 15 years.
