Standard spindle nose tooling:Standard spindle nose toolholding options include HSK, DIN 69871, BT, taper and face contact with ‘special’ variants also available.

Hydraulic toolholders:Hydraulic toolholders offer a multiplicity of day-to-day applications where a high tool grip coupled with vibration damping and consistent, repeatable accuracy is essential.

Induterm heat shrink clamping:Heat shrink toolholders offer exceptional grip and accuracy in applications that are arduous or require long term security for production or difficult-to-machine applications.

Securlok:Gewefa’s Securlok toolholder is a hydraulic chuck that, with the addition of a failsafe second mechanical side clamping mechanism, provides 100% tool shank and process security.

For general and heavy duty milling operations in composites and ISO S rated materials, Securlok withstands radial and axial forces on the cutting tool - forces that are likely to create conditions with the potential for the cutter to slip or pull out.

Venturi:Venturi is Gewefa’s through coolant or air delivery technique that delivers high pressures through jets machined into the toolholder face. Primarily used with hydraulic toolholders or with end mill applications.

Grindtec: Grindtec hydraulic chuck toolholders are purpose designed to work with bespoke tool grinding machines and feature a mechanism that enables precise adjustment of the run out at the tip of the cutter.

Hydro pin:Gewefa’s hydro pin hydraulic chucks offer the proven tool grip features of a hydraulic chuck with the added advantage of guaranteed fixed orientation of single point boring bars. The bar produces a 50% increase in cutter life, guaranteed repeatability and is a universal solution for manufacturers of single point boring bars.
