iktva Overview — In-Kingdom Total Value Add by Saudi Aramco

The establishment of a world-class and globally competitive domestic supply chain that adds transformative value to the Kingdom, is a top priority for Saudi Aramco. Since the 2015 launch of the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (iktva) Program we have made huge strides. The iktva program contributes to Saudi Aramco’s reliability and efficiency while maintaining competitive supply chain. The most important measurement of success, is the impact that iktva is having on people’s lives; creating jobs, encouraging learning, expanding career options, and enhancing the Saudi business environment.

Many opportunities have been created as a result of initiatives that have been led by iktva.

At Dhahran Expo Center, over three-days in January from 24 to 26, we promise you a unique platform for engagement and connecting with innovative businesses in our supply chain, both domestic and international. A full program of workshops and seminars will provide opportunities for engagement with businesses committed to boosting local content within the Saudi energy economy.

Health MemoPCR Testing & COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

International travelers must have a negative PCR test result to travel to and enter Saudi Arabia.

The PCR test must be completed no more than 72 hours before your landing time in Dammam - the 72 hour window starts at the time of testing.

You must have a paper copy of your negative PCR result to share with your passport and visa on arrival.

Please note that masks are mandatory in indoor & outdoor public areas as well as vehicles.

Vaccination Requirements

Please register yourself on Muqeem prior to your flight departure: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home

Please click the English button at the top of the page, located under the globe, for accurate English translations.

You should select « vaccinated visitor » to enter the correct channel for foreign visitors to Saudi Arabia.

Kindly print out a copy of the completed form and carry it at all times during your stay in Saudi Arabia.

Please download the Tawakkalna App on your mobile and activate it upon your arrival in Saudi Arabia.

If you have difficulty accessing the app, you can present a paper copy of your vaccination certificate or your Muqeem Form.

International travelers must obtaining one of the vaccines approved in the Kingdom:

- Pfizer-BioNTech (two doses).

- Oxford-AstraZeneca (two doses).

- Moderna (two doses).

- Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) (single dose).

Based on the recommendation of the National Committee for Infectious Diseases, people who have received two doses of the “Sinopharm” or “Sinovac” vaccines can be allowed into the Kingdom, provided that they receive a booster dose of one of the above-mentioned approved vaccines in the Kingdom. The same conditions apply to approving immunization certificates.

International travelers must always have a paper copy of their vaccine certificate while in Saudi Arabia. The vaccine certificate should contain an English translation.

Venue Access, Lanes, and Parking areas

For the safety of all attendees, the venue will be a secure zone. All guests entering the site will be required to go through the checkpoints and present their badges or the QR code sent to them with their confirmation emails. There will be two lanes. Those who had there badges, will find the parking number at the back of the badge. If your badge has a parking area access, you will be able to access the site by your own car. The available parking areas around the venue are shown in the map below.

SeatingOnce you get inside the forum hall:

• Delegates and general public guests are welcome to join us at the non-reserved seating area.

• VIP guests will be received by iktva team to guide them to their designated seats.

Lunch and Coffee Breaks• Coffee breaks and lunch buffet are provided to all guests on the first, second and

last day of the event: • Coffee breaks stations will be at the exhibition and indoor and outdoor areas.

• Lunch will be served at the “Dining Tent”. We welcome our beloved delegates to experience our delicious cuisine in the lunch area marked in green, while the VIP guests are invited to the VIP Dining area marked in blue.

Investment Opportunities and Meeting Rooms

A key part of the agenda will be a series of Investment Opportunity workshops presented by Saudi Aramco, featuring various government entities and suppliers. The purpose of each workshop is to showcase investment opportunities for the localization of specific equipment or services within the Saudi Arabian energy sector. It will allow investors to interact with key players related to each opportunity through an open question and answer session and one-to-one engagement during and after the session.
